We dont live far from this business, my husband gets fuel and gloves for snow. Competitive prices. Thank you
Stellar customer service from the whole crew! They got me in first thing in the morning. They went way above and beyond what I thought Id get. I trailered my bike down 200+ miles through the flooded Oroville area, and they had my bike FULLY serviced and me back on the road in 3hrs! And, I was home before it got dark. All my fellow Victory riders are switching to this shop for all our future needsA big thank you to Clint, Brian and Pam!I really appreciate your serviceJason
I dont shop there.... Cuz, Im BROKE.! BUT IF I... I.. COULD. THE 4-SEATER Dude.
Lots grown folks toys in there.Staff is knowledgeable about what is the best for you.
Window shopping here was great
Our credit card information was stolen from this place. We bought an expensive top of the line ATV from them and had our machine serviced several times. The owner was so rude when our credit card was stolen from the place (not the physical card, just the number) we will never go back or patronize this store again. And, we are due for a new ATV. THIS place WONT be getting our business. Probably wont even buy a Polaris after how badly we were treated. I would point out that the last TWO reviews from the last two or so years are the worst possible! This place has a homeless encampment practically next door and it is not safe for your vehicle to be left there, or your credit information. Ours was stolen from the front desk and they admitted to having problems even trying to keep transients out of their office and restrooms. Then, told us to take a hike when our info was stolen. Latest police reports from the place are for vandalism in the past couple of days. HELLO. What goes around comes around and we will NEVER patronize this store again. They are reaping what they have sown.
They do not carry motorcycle any more. Only UTVs. The lady was very nice and helpful. You can get your victory motorcycle serviced here. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles and is 1 way drive which can be confusing for first comers.
Called Bill (owner of Twin Rivers) Friday to see if they had a Polaris 900 or 1000 in the showroom that would work for us in La Porte and also to be outfitted with the snow tracks. He did and I told him we would be by Saturday to take a look at the machine. I met with Pam a very personable sales person and she was very helpful with pricing and special features for the Polaris.Financially a little bit out of reach but when we do decide to buy it will be from Bill and his team at Twin Rivers..And I have been into the shop at least 1/2 a dozen times and I am still treated very well not just a lookie- loo.Someday!!!
Great group of guys, they know their stuff
Beautiful store inside and out. Employees seemed friendly. It was very confusing trying by to find the entrance to the parking lot. They also insisted we would need to purchase their brand name blank keys (2 for &30) and then take them to the locksmith. Well, the locksmith had Polaris keys for $4.
Wont let you air up bike tire vulgar language towards the homeless
Great mechanic! And, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I recommend buying a bike here, instead of the dealer just south of Sacramento.
New tires and 5K service. Brian and his service team always take care of my Victory Vision, professionally and promptly.
This place is great! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Awesome friendly workers. Good prices!
Very nice though i didnt buy anything
My husband likes this place the people are really friendly
Best guys ever to buy a Victory from. Honest, great deal and delivered the bike in perfect condition.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great variety of powersports, gear, parts, service dept. Parking lot, easy to see off hwy, restrooms and more.
Outstanding, professional service from people who know quality and service! Thank you Ben for all your help
Friendly service and staff is always helpful answering questions about our Polaris machines.
These guys are great but if things are busy they may take quite a while to call you back
I think the people who work at Twin Rivers Polaris are really nice educated people.
They need to get someone to answer the phone that isnt rude. Its very bad for their business. I called them for parts today and a young lady answered. To say she was rude would be an understatement. Ill never call to place an order there again.
Great people. Very helpful.
Didnt get the answers I wanted, if u dont carry the product and ur competitors down the street do, whats the harm in passing it on ? Cut throat competition is unhealthy and consumers r the losers, I Wont be going there anymore,
Great customer service
Nice place.

Always dip what they can to get whats needed
Mechanics are very friendly
