I was referred to this business from a friend I work with. My daughters screen to her IPad cracked and shattered and we needed it replaced. Poncho assisted us and had the screen replaced within a few hours. He was very polite and professional. They were very reasonable and I would highly recommend them. This phone repair place is 10/10 with quality, experience, and time. I walked into there after giving him a call and he remembered me right away as soon as I said what phone I was having repaired. AMAZING! Our son is currently at uc Davis and the day our son had open heart surgery the owner who was fixing our tablet screen finished the screen. He drove all the way here to Sacramento and handed us the tablet with zero charge to fix the screen. I about cried with how thoughtful and considerate this man is. I have used his business for repairs in the past and have always had excellent service. I will never go elsewhere with our needs for repairs and even purchases. This is not only a business but a caring family for our community. He not only paid for the parts and gas but took the time and asked for nothing in return. That is beyond a good business relationship with our community.

Amazing place to take your phone. Way cheaper than anyone else. Really professional, Accommodating, will definitely go back. Oh and if anyone has metro than let me tell you something, you can use any Verizon phone ( I got an IPhone 5 online for $150 looked brand new) as long as its Verizon go in and hook it up thru Page Plus. It uses Verizon towers and you have the best for the price of Metro. You can even keep your #. Just saying they offer it at this place to. Check them out.

I take care of a disabled man, that drop off his phone for repair. They lost his phone . It took a month to get it back . And they charged him $35.00 for a new battery that was never replaced. We took the phone to a different shop and they showed us the original battery that was still in the phone. Really you RIP off the disabled. This man is a paraplegic in a wheel chair. You need to give him his money back. And stop ripping people off.

I’ve been a repeating customer of this business for a minute now toBe precise 5 IPhone 4’s 11 iPhone 5’s 1 Iphone7 and 1 IPhone 8 so needless to say the many times the phones have been dropped and have had toReplaceThe glass and digitizer then the mix and match of black screen white home button or white screen black home button these guys iterally go more than out of their way to satisfy the customer.. and to mention my last time I had toHit them up my son dropped his phone when he was leaving the fair! It was already 8 we stopped by there they hadn’t left the shop yet and the guys took the extra 20 minutes and replaced the screen for my sons iphone!! These guys are a lot better than another place by some potle which wants to charge $35 just to see what’s wrong with a looping apple logo on the sccreen. When all it was was just a battery issue!! That’ only costs $10 to fix... I definitely recommend these guys

I highly recommend anyone local to come to this store. His prices are half the price of other places I’ve been to previously, he does the work in half the time, and always hooks it up with a free screen protector and one time he fix my phone and then my screen cracked again about two weeks later and he fixed it for free because he said it hasn’t been 30 days since I came in for a repair. I used to go to the sell phone store next to chipotle all the time but I won’t go there anymore because 1.they charged me $75 ($30 more than this place) to fix my phone and 2. My phone broke the same day and I came back and they charged me $75 again to fix it 3. They would tell me it would take a hour to fix my phone or sometimes even longer.Another reason why I love this place is because they hook me up with a free phone case sometimes. What also makes this a great place for service is how fast he repairs my phone, about 25-30 mins every time. If you need your phone repaired, this has to be the cheapest place in town, with the most friendly and fastest service.

Very fast service. Today I called to get an estimate to have my screen (glass only) and my chrge port changed as my galaxy note 4 would no longer take a charge from any source. He quoted me a price that was half that of the local competition. Not only that he said it could be done in 3 hrs. And it was. The man was also kind enough to change the chassis of my phone for free (mine had many chips and dents from two years of use) and now my phone looks brand new. I highly recommend this store for your cell phone repairs. 10 out of 10

They are a very nice and honest family that run this store and any problem Ive had with any phone Ive bought from them they have always taken care of. And I would like to say thanks!

Not very professional ! Dropped off phone for new battery was told be done in 1 hour. 1 hour latter went to pick up was told would need new screen was told would be 2 hours. When to pick up in 2 hours the person working on phone was gone. Not sure but I think he took my phone home for some reson. I complained and told them I lived in gridley and had wasted 3 hours waiting. They then told me sorry and they would deliver to you house that night. The next day had to drive back to yuba city to get my phone was charged full price no apologies.

I had taken my phone to a place locally in grass valley ... Waited a week still not fixed.... This place fixed it that day with in a half hour ! Great service. If i need it to be fixed again this is where I will take it !

Had my phone repaired here and two weeks later the screen malfunctioned due to improper removal. When I returned to have the problem resolved, the person declined to rectify the issue even though he acknowledged the issue as being his fault. Very unprofessional. I recommend another facility for phone repairs.

I entered this store in hopes of having my cracked iPhone 6 screen replaced, the outcome was horrendous. Before coming into the store, I called to inquire about the price to fix my particular model phone screen, he quoted me $90 on the phone with no questions asked. I then went into the store and asked the same gentleman in person how much the cost would be to fix my phone. He then tells me $100... I called him out on this and told him he had quoted me $90 not even an hour previously. He then says Okay, I can do it for $90 as if he was cutting me a deal. I then ask about the warranty and guarantee that comes with the repair of the screen, he tells me 30 days. I asked if all of this was in writing, he then says Do you want the phone fixed or not in a rude and condescending tone. I asked if the parts he used were genuine Apple parts, or aftermarket parts, he states they are genuine Apple parts and started to become frustrated with my simple routine questions. Genuine Apple parts can only be ordered by Apple themselves, so he lied to my face about this. I asked if I could see the parts before he installs them on my phone, he says flat out No. I asked why, and he asked yet again You want it fixed or not? I replied and told him I would never be coming back, and that he needs an attitude adjustment sooner than later. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. This was hands down the worst customer service and treatment I have received at any store or establishment. His store is dodgy, most likely a scam, and needs to be shut down.

Horrible business, i dont know why they arnt shut down yet. They originally had their first business next door to dominos in yuba city, i took my phone in for a battery replacement, it was working fine other than the battery draining quickly, so i gave it to them to repair and paid the total. They gave me back my phone messed up, and said the computer is shot. Didnt offer any type of help other than Sorry, you can take it to Apple and they will help you, well tried that and they said someone tampered with the main computer and messed it up. Apple also said whoever tried to fix it didnt know what they were doing, and it was missing 4 skrews. I went back a week after and their store was no there. Then a few months pass and a new phone store opens up on plumas street, well what do you know, its a second attempt for their business, i guess the first one failed. So in conclusion dont go to these guys, unprofessional, not skilled and are bad for business.
