I had a great experience at tuxedo den. Ive been there a couple times. Theyve been measured TWICE just to make sure the tuxedos were right. (i needed tuxedos for all 7 of my chambalanes, they all received the right orders, all of their tuxedos fit ). My brother decided to go to prom a couple days BEFORE. Andrea helped us out as much as she could, said she could get the tux as early as possible. Thanks to her the tux came in on time as promised. THANK YOU TUXEDO DEN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tuxedo Den had me looking dapper for my brothers wedding! Was against renting but it was so easy I’d do it again.

This is the worst place to rent a tuxedo. I rented my husband and my son tuxedo here for a wedding and when I when to pick them up. They were too big they look like gangsters. And the lady that works there she doesnt know how to measure. She measure them if they were for really fat people. Dont ever go to this place. Im really disappointed I will never rent a tuxedo from this place. And then she still gets mad because we told her that she needed to order a smaller size.

We got married and they had the shoes I needed to have ALL the groomsmen plus the groom wear.

This one was a little hit and miss. Some of the staff was very friendly. The others not so much. Guess its that way when youre one of the only games in town

Very poor customer service....I want to talk to a manager. I was promised to have the items we ordered a month before our wedding and did not get it in time. I called on more than one occassion and they kept saying it would be here next week...next week never came. I am so beyond pissed, They should not be aloud to do this to people. Something needs to be done. I will be calling to speak to the manager tomorrow during normal business hours. TUXEDO DEN SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great customer service,the woman with the shoulder legnth dark hair was very helpful and knowledgeable!!!She gave us advice on color choices and fitting,matching my sons tie exactly to his dates dress!!She gave us her full attention,and was very friendly,and his suit looks great!!!

Do NOT go here. Awful customer service with zero problem solving skills! My husband told me to go to mens warehouse to rent tuxes for our wedding, and I should have listened. The incompetent employees failed to enter one of the groomsmans current sizes into the computer system (he had been in the store years prior and they had his old measurements on file). This resulted in a tux that was too small. They told me that they didnt have any tuxes in his size and couldnt have one available in time for our wedding! They just shrugged it off like it was nothing. Worst experience ever! I repeat dont go there!
