I need to get something that would cover up a tattoo for work and Chantal and Yvette were amazing at helping!!! From making sure I found something to cover as best it could and even gave me some tricks to help cover it more. They went beyond and made sure I got the benefit box for $29 because it rang up originally for more! Would definitely want one of these ladies to hell me again next time I go in!

I went to Sephora and was greeted by Sania right away. She helped me find all three of my products, as the layout has changed since the last time I was here. She was able to ring me up and explained my Sepohora beauty points to me. I really enjoyed my time in the store and with Sania!
I wanted some MAC, which they do not carry, also looking for some nice lipsticks, but its hard to guage colors or any formulas since the Covid 19 pandemic, -No Try Ons- so was unable to purchase. Sephora better figure out a quick toss away sample idea, because I dont have $$ to throw away!Only 1 person there working and she was the cashier for the whole store, which was really busy during the time I was there. Not good.
We went there for foundation but bcse of covid u cannot get samples or facial or open any products or have makeup artists assist you physically. Seemed strange but we had to match colors by looking at iPad color samples.
Good service. The only disappointment is if you have a sephora credit card well too bad you cant use nor make payments in yuba city sephora.

Wow I see why theyre having financial trouble. Stores a mess, no help to check out with. I felt sorry for the three employees that were trying to run the registers amongst the chaos. I was picking up an online order already paid for only took 35 minutes.
Helpful staff. Cant find everything thats online there but fun to go shop for myself there. Cool that I can get some things there that would take forever to get to me online.
Came to return a defective product and Isabel at the counter had an issue with that for some reason, giving a nice amount of attitude. Based on personal experience, if you dont enjoy working with customers who might not like certain products, a makeup store probably isnt the place for you.

I went in to have a Color IQ match done and they didnt have it there! So the sales girl had to do it old school. I wont be returning to this store. Id rather take the drive to Sacramento next time. Definitely not like other stores Ive been to. Im disappointed Yuba City!
Customer Service was really bad. All beauty advisors on the floor were so busy trying on lipstick for themselves. I didnt even get asked if I needed anything. Product inventory was low. We need to have our items shipped to our house.
Went to sephora with my mom. And the sales girls were busy trying on makeup. And they didnt bother to help us. They were makeup like high schoolers, Bad customer service, rather go to roseville or sacramento.
Its small but it works.
