I suspect my $400 high output alternator from these guys is bad, the voltage is skipping around and when I called to talk to the guy he was really rude. I have more checks to do to make sure but I was not happy with the customer service at all. They also originally shipped it without the wiring harness that came with it, small mistake but pretty annoying when you pay top dollar for a product.

Service is great. Ron went out of his way to insure I got the correct alternator after my mechanic discovered a subtle change in the wiring harness that Nissan did not report. Quality Power had the correct alternator shipped to me overnight. Cant comment on the longevity of the alternator as it was just installed, but customer service is great and the product looks well made. Currently charging at 14V on my AGM battery setup.

Best customer service Ive ever had. Simulated what I was needing on test stand with multiple alternators. It was even cheaper than the one I was wanting but wouldnt meet my needs.

Extremely knowledgeable staff, they really know their stuff. I bought my Hi Output alternator from them 3 years ago, and its stillworking like new.

Reasonable customer service but the alternator they advertised to work with my car did not charge at idle rpms and didnt work with the cars smart charging system. Had to pay shipping and restocking fee to return their faulty product.

I needed what turned out to be an extremely rare part on an immediate basis and these folks turned it around for an overnight ship in perfect condition, with the accessory part it needed and I just could not be happier with their fantastic customer service. The 320 amp bb mopar independently tested at action starter and alternator in bountiful Utah and my local parts store passed with flying colours and looks nice the man with the dodge was so helpful and professional name escapes me I had mine for over 6 months now and Im happy with it

Good place for high output alternators and high torque starters. They ship world wide too.

Had one of their high output alternators for my Crown vic.Voltage regulator out of the box was bad - dimming lights at idle, A/C blower slowed, etc. and even tested bad at Autozone.Swapped for a different brand, issue fixed.

1 starter and am on my 4th Alternator through 4 cars with QP. Great service and reliable products. Did loose the rectifier on on alternator though.

For $315 I dont think your hight output alternator should come not working right. Reads under 13v at idle, claims 175 max and has more voltage drop than My stock alternator at 80 amps max does better. Drops below 12v at idle where my stock one drops to 12.5. Alternators are garbage. Dont buy

Hello i bought a high output direct bolt alternator for my 92 nissan d21 hardbody truck 2.4 4-cylinder engine to run stereo hardware this alternator was suppose to put 150 amps well i payed $300 bucks in april 0f 2011 well i installed it in my truck and it worked like it should four about four mounths then it died so i sent it to them because it came with a one year warranty once i got it back it then worked for a couple of weeks then it died again so i had about two weeks before the one year warranty was up so i sent it them again and the guy said he put on check and it worked properly so i decided to put my factory alternator back in my truck which btw is original one japanese made hitachi i have owend the truck for fithteen years and that oem hitachi alternator is still working fine well- any how i got the high output alternator back and decided to sell on ebay and put my stock alternator back in my truck well i was told the alternator worked like it should well i finally sold it and the customer contacts me and says he had it installed and it did not put out any juice so i have to refund his money so well- basically i think this quality power @#$% is just that &&^%$ i wasted good money on junk and i suggest buying a good alternator from a local place with a trusted name and service quaranteed warranty i made a bad choice to buy from them so i would steer clear from this manufacture because it is a high risk in buying from them --i spent $300 for junk and i could of went to autzone and bought a rebuilt oem for $80 bucks so my advice do your research before you buy a high output alternator from them -- now MEAN GREEN i have heard and read good things about there company and service so thats my suggestion on choosing a good alternator--but quality power sells junk period
