I didn’t catch the employee’s name. But she has light ash hair with dark roots. I walked in and wasn’t greeted with Hello, welcome or is there any I can help you with. First thing out her mouth was “ is that your real hair?” I replied with “NO” I’m a cancer patient I’m not comfortable with how my real hair looks. I just think it’s very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful to say that without greeting a customer. I will no longer shop here. Very RUDE!!

Betty is amazing!!! Not only did she help me in the store and give me accurate advice on the color outcome but she helped me over the phone too!!! This is definitely my go to spot from now on :)

Sally has lots of beauty products and great selection of salon quality items, the store is clean and well stock unfortunately they lost one star because of the general manager unwillingness to help me when I was asking basic questions about hair products
