Wow! Beautiful place. Lots of goodies. Friendly people and great staff!

I had some high end donations, new in the box, and was told,gold watches, nice stuff, they, at the donations, told me, after picking,though my load of stuff, after getting mis information, from two store, need to train, folks, on the phone, at the receiving dock, I will never go back, found an other place, that supports, Cancer Patients, as a Cancer survivor, get your act together, DONT WASTE MY TIME...

Emphasis on books but carries small decor items and limited clothing. Bulk of donations go to larger store in Redlands.

I was able to donate quite a bit of stuff I did not need anymore. We had to take in to the back and organize it. I did have to ask for receipt

They are closing the bookstore and changing it to a regular Goodwill. Such a shame. We have a lot of charity shops in Yucaipa but need discount book stores.

Easy to find, open, friendly assistance, clean, organized...I dont think they take furniture....it was the 4 th place I drove to donate yesterday. All other non goodwill places turned me away for different reasons i.e. too full, need appointment, etc

The employees here are always friendly. They do a good job of keeping the books in alphabetical order. Nice selection

I was there to donate. They would not allow me to pull to the back door. I had to park 50 yards from the front door. 10 trips and no one even offered to help.

I had some heavy donations, they carried everything from my SUV.

Called ahead to drop off donations. Arrive at 1:56 and sign stated closed for lunch. Waited until 2:20 as sign instructed they would be back from lunch . Its now 2:50 and store is still closed. I called the store and no one answers the phone. Other customers are also waiting outside. Tired of waiting .

Store opens at 10am (not 9) and does not take furniture. Go to Angel View down the street.

The parking was not an issue, since its located in a shopping center. The ambiance of the store was awesome. It felt like as if I were in a regular bookstore, not Goodwill, because of the cleanliness and great store presentation. This store is small but they have a lot of books, and many of these books look like new or at least clean. I saw some nursing books, science and other textbooks in 1 bookshelf. I and my husband bought 4 books in this our first visit, and we will be back again when we want to buy more books. I also got a Kenny G CD for less than $2. The prices of the stuffs here are outstanding!

If you are ever in the area this place is great for second hand options and also you would be helping a great cause which is that have a school within goodwill or maybe like a contract well they prepare those in need with classes of job training,assistance with lower referrals,its great that they want to help the community out by providing these services to all those in needs they also do workshop as well and you can always volunteer prices are not bad for the quality of the items purchased here so you also get a great selection of books novelties toys clothing household items in great condition. Furniture can be found. Here so next time you are in about town stop by

I use to like the Goodwill stores. But now everything is overpriced. I remember the old days when u could buy a t shirt for a dollar. Now they want the shirt off your back . Which they will probably sell for 5 dollars once you donate it. Lol.

It is a cute little store and very clean. They had exactly what I was looking for when I went in there. Very friendly staff as well.

This is only a book store. The minimum price is $3.00. Small childrens book original price $0.99 and I still had to pay $3.00.

I gave it 3 stars for 2 reasons. First Store is small and second its a book store and I thought it would be a full Goodwill.😀
