Hand down one of the best run hardware stores I have been in in a long time. Staff is always friendly and ask if they can help me find what Im looking for and point me in the right direction if not they will take me to what is it I need. I come from a little small town in Colorado where everyone knows everyone and thats the friendly atmosphere you get here.

I was new in town and needed a few items for a quick home improvement project. The staff was helpful and friendly and they had exactly what I needed.

We are new to Yucaipa and our first time to the store. Didnt realize they carry so many things to choose from. We found all but one item and will definitely return. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well organized store.

First time in! The staff was helpful and polite although I was only in there for a floor fan I thought the store was well kept and organized. I will most definitely be back in there, if not to buy just to look around more.

I went in with a question on my Rewards card. They were able to call the corporate office an get it resolved. I also purchased paint while there and the staff was very helpful. The customer service was exceptional.

Had what I needed. Fast check out, prices are a bit higher, but not too bad. For the sake of convince, its just fine. Ill be returning!

The service is good I like the store my complaint No Bathrooms I have even heard others grumble about this at least have porta potties you have made other improvements why not bathrooms.

Received incredible help for a project I was barely capable of carrying out. Anni was extremely patient and I ended up with a whole new and much simpler plan, and the materials to accomplish it. Great experience!

I went in for a pipe wrench and within one minute of being in the store I was brought straight to the case where they were stored. I appreciated not having to wander around unnecessarily.

Long story. Young guy at register had the wrong attitude toward customer service and an issue I had trying to purchase a simple item. Fortunately the manager resolved. Kuddos for this, but they need to instruct their personnel with proper etiquette toward working with customer.

No problem or wait finding somebody to help me. Got the right parts installed. Ah perfecto! Its wonderful having the screen door back in place!

I needed an unusual tool (a Basin Wrench). I couldnt find it and had to ask. Without batting an eye the clerk knew exactly the row and where in the row that it was located. Plus they had two to choose from. This place has everything.

Took care of me real well. Offered me a mask which I was thankful for. The cashier was sweet and patient. And the associates were helpful!!

Pleasantly well staffed for a mom n pop place! Everyone races up to you to help you out, which is great. And they have like 75% of anything Id need, so it saves me from a lot of trips down to HD/Lowes.

Great local hardware store. Good number of knowledgeable people and friendly staff overall. If I have a plumbing issue I know Catherine can sort it out. As a home owner this store has come through many times with their knowledgeable staff and good selection. 99% of the time a trip here for advice and supplies and Im good to go.

Needed to get some traps and come to find out after I mentioned that I work in the Health Care field I was offered a first responder discount which was nice of them. I will be a repeat customer to give my business after hearing this, but still shopped even before today.

Need a new location, too busy and causes traffic issues on 5th. Other then that great place and people.

Theyre not very customer-friendly the only one thats friendly is the guy who helped us fight a water hose and end up cutting our key because the guy behind the counter was very rude and didnt even try to take care of us. And the cashier was very nice

A great hardware store. They pretty much have whatever you need and prices are comprable to big box stores. Staff is a little hit-or-miss, with the younger kids they hire not being fully knowledgeable in every Department. But they are very helpful and will find out the answer if you need it.

The thing about Ace hardware is they are so quaint, but resourceful. They seem to have everything the big box stores have, and more, but you dont have to meander for two and a half miles for objectives. Small town stores are absolutely necessary still. You get to know the employees, and the store. To get any hardware or building supplies youd have to hit the freeway for at least 20 minutes from yucaipa to go to Lowes or home depot . The convenience of this Ace is priceless!

This is a small mom and pop hardware store. The selection is limited but if you are going in for paint then youre in the right place! They really know paint, especially interior. They are also great with duplicating keys. The service is always great!

One female employee was snarky and another female employee rather was crabby. The price for rocks was great and the two gentleman in the yard were friendly.

My ACE Hardware store has friendly staff and a fairly good selection of wares. The problem I always seem to run into is if I need 3 of something, they have one on the shelf and none in stock, noted this lately in electrical switches, boxes and bulbs. Always short of what Im needing. Also their bins for sprinkler heads are empty or nearly empty. There may be one or two, maybe three sprinkler heads in a bin which really limits the selection. I often end up going to Home Depot which is quite a bit further from my house than ACE is.

Super helpful staff. Good prices. So much easier to get in and out of compared to the larger hardware stores.

The selection of nuts, bolts, and other made me happy for some reason, go check it out for yourself I guarantee you will love it.

This is an excellent store to find hard to find things. The only reason I gave it four stars its because the cashiers are very slow!

I have never had a bad experience here. Always enough staff to help out with questions. Obviously not as much selection as one of the bigger stores, but they have surprisingly had almost everything I have been looking for.

If i could give this store 100 points, i would! They are always helpful and generous with their time and knowledge. AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I NEED so i dont need to drive all the way to Home Depot. Thank you Crown Ace Hardware Yucaipa for being our local helpful place!

My Ace Hardware store is small but has a large lumber yard in back. Both the women and men who work there are kind and knowledgeable. I love my store.

Ill rate it 5 stars only due to the fact that its the most superior place in town for hardware, lumber and your everyday home improvement projects. The prices are competitively priced and theres always a full staff on deck to answer your questions. One of their sales representatives Kailee, was one of the most knowledgeable & friendly people Ive ever met at a home supply store.

This place is always kind of… odd to me. Pros are that they oftentimes hire hot little gals to work the register, the nuts and bolts section is to DIE FOR, its ina nice location and they have some great stuff. The cons are that ALL the tools, even ridiculously cheap ones, are locked up and you have to ask for help to get them. Annoying. Another con is that the lumber, at least in my experience, is all bashed up and crooked lol. I have called Ace the walmart of hardware stores for years. There are things there, but lots of it just doesnt cut grade for what a real job asks for. I normally go to Best up the street because they seem to be more geared toward the actual guy who needs a hardware store in town, not the housewife looking for a cute pink screwdriver. Still, its got a lot of good things and isnt bad, its just not great, IMO.
