Never buy Eevee scooters, service is really bad. Go for other brands where you get proper service. Totally unprofessional...pathetic...

I am writing this review after one year use of Xenia model purchased from anjali eeve. Since I purchased, I hardly able to ride 1200km only in a year due to lock down, shutdown and covid panic, bit real issue is with battery 🔋, after one year battery went down and its not charging more than 20%, though I used to discharge battery to 10%, before charging it again. Its always not possible to get this battery charge percentage to 0%, think about practicality, you can not wait 6hr to charge it when you actually need to go outside. Currently my vehicle is within warranty so battery was asked for a claim, and I am waiting for this replaced battery since 21 days Nd still waiting.....When contacted the service center guy, they mentioned, there are more than 11 batteries were asked for replacement this month hence we are getting delayed response from company. So think twice before buying eeve scootes where they are using very cheap quality batter which does not last even a year. After three year this batter will cost you 27k, do you think you could have saved that much petrol ? Its a good choice if your average travel distance is more than 40 km.Coming back to mileage claim, company claiming 70-100 km, but in ideal its giving 55 km max if a single user drive it. If driver with pillion then its coming back to 30-35 km, so if your battery is fully charged, you can not take a risk of going beyond 40km, this vehicle is useful for shopping vegetables, going for school, and office which are within 40km to ad fro.This is very inconvenient to use for more than 40 km as you can not come back to your home if you are already travelled more than 25 km, always go with the charger outside and plan well before you move out outside with this vehicle.So guys my humble suggestion, dont hurry for the eeve now, if you have waited so much wait some more time for big and quality players. Dont do mistakes as I did in hurrying buying this brand. The vehicle is only for 5000 km run. The it should be thrown. As the company is not responding to costomer. Also not providing services and warranty. Purchasing the eeve scooter is just throwing your money to water.

They dont entertain warranty period claim.dont buy electric vehicle from them.worst experience...

I am using Xenia since last 3months. I have checked other models from eeve as well. The following review can be loosely generalized to others as well. Surprised that no one has given an honest and extensive review yet.It provides all basic features of an EV like GPS, iot for remote lock etc. I am not considering these as pros as these are not most important measures. I am reviewing based on features that are absolutely necessary for a customer.Pros:1. Coverage area: Available in many small towns.2. Warranty: 3yrs on battery and 3+2yrs on other partsCons:1. No Customer support: Their tollfree number (1800123444400) are mostly goes unanswered. They forward your queries to the local dealer. No kidding! They dont have customer support.2. Poor Build Quality:Cheap quality plastic body. When you have a pillion with you, the plastic frame of the seat bends too much.Plastic of the rearview mirrors broke with a little push (no accident, just testing)Thin sheets of tins/iron are used for battery casea nd other parts.3. Battery Issue: Dealer said it takes 3-4hrs for full charge. It is taking 5+hrs for charging the Li ion battery. I am chasing the local service provider for replacement of the battery for the last two months.4. Max Load: Its made for single ride. With a pillion, the ride is not comfortable. Comfortable upto max load of 100kg5. Suspension does not work well6. Foot rest is not there.

This scooter is simply awesome. Battery and mileage: -It has got electric motor which can propel it to maximum speed of 55km and that is also and instant torque, and it has range of 80-90km in a single charge the bike get charge in 3-4 hours and fast charging charges the bike in 1 hour.

In reality the range of the scooter is 80% of what they mention under normal riding condition on plain road. 40% in hilly roads.

One of the best electric scooters available in the market.

These sccoter have a very a poor acceleration. Hardly they have any torque 3 nm. This is 2020 and they still are offering only 250 watt motor in scooter . Cheap battary which goes on decreasing the range within every 3 months. Ather Bajaj tvs all are offering 5000- 6000 watt motor torque around 26 NM. And a very good battary pack . So guys dont buy these poor scooter better wait for ather or bajaj electric scooter . Beware dont waste your hard earned money on this Brand. Every part in the sccoter is cheap and fragile . Fit and finish is also extremely poor
