Ordered a cake for my daughters birthday, they made it as I wanted and it was delicious!

I use the pharmacy. The shelf in front of the pharmacy is always thick with dust even after telling the manager about it over a year ago. There is usually a wait. I dont like that the whole pharmacy closes for an hour 12PM to 1pm.The staff is very nice.

Excellent service and quality food. Having a dry cleaners and pharmacy makes life easier.

Prices are doing the same here as everywhere else. Going up. And yet they run out of product too many times. Big holes on the shelves of what I want. This causes me to go to another store for my products.

Was told by the associate that he could not tell me what I was charged a dollar cash for on an ebt purchase. He was rude and didnt have the time to do his job properly for customer satisfaction. Turns out, as it says on the receipt, I was charged for a donation I didnt ask to be added. I will take my business elsewhere because of it.

The amount of times I have seen or brought home expired food is insane. I just brought home ranch that expired three months ago. This has happened one too many times and I will no longer be shopping here. Check the dates people!! It’s bad

Used Wells Fargo inside Vons store. Very friendly staff in both areas. Cashier was very helpful and reminded us to get our ice.

This was like any other Vons. I admit I found the layout backwards. It just seemed reversed from other stores from this chain.I used the Ways app to get directions to this location and it kept giving me directions to the back of the store where the loading dock is. Not a Vons problem but others may experience the same issue.

Their prices are not even close to being competitive with Aldis or Staters. Some of prices on produce, meats, pet food are almost price gouging for profit. Shame on you Vons you are why Aldis is doing so well, you dont even compete. I wont miss you at all 😀

Overpriced but nice store. I do not do weekly shopping but I venture in when I need a couple items.

It was nice still wearing my mask but its has a lot of inventory and Ive never had a bad experience with anyone working there, the whole crew that Ive met have been great, its nice to go into a grocery store and find what Im looking for. They are still using social distancing for our protection at checkout but it goes fast. Two thumbs up 👍

Im not sure why they switched to an electronic check out line. This isnt working because the checkers forget to hit their button and we just stand there waiting in line longer than it took to shop for our groceries... Manger doesnt care about it and just is rude if you complain, Ill just go to Staters....

The only place I grocery shop on yucaipa. The people are nice & friendly, the aisles are spacious & store is clean.

We have always had great food and resources from this area and we are pleased with our fellowship in this market. The committee has also been growing the attention to customers and their comfort aswell as satisfaction including their safety/health is how VONS is a part of our family. We are comfortable in any Neighborhood because of this storehouse. Love is feeding others. VONS does the same.

The bakery at this vons location used to be the best but in the last year or so it has gone way down hill. The bakery staff is not friendly and certainly not helpful.I asked 3 weeks ago about a certain cake.my kids gave requested for their bdays for 3 years now. I was told to come in the day before and special order it. Today I was told they do not make the cake at all anymore. While I waited for the cake I settled for the lady working in the bakery snapped at another customer, quite rude. I will not be using the bakery at Vons any longer.

I make a trip to Vons that leads me to the bakery for fresh breads that are exceptional in taste and freshness but now they offer a buffet style Mediterranean olives, artichoke hearts, and cauliflower mixes, its a newer concept but hope it stays! Always able to get specialty items that are new..never disappointed.

They still have a lot of everything.

It was clean and the people there were kind and respectful. I had an overall good experience there. Purchased some good seafood there as well.

If I cant find something somewhere eles I can find it here.

Vons deserves a five star rating, the service is impeccable, everything is clearly marked and in order. The deli is perfect and served as you order it. The pharmacy is always on top of everything and quick to make sure you get your prescriptions in a timely manner. All in all, theyre on top of the game and its pretty hard to beat that!
