My friend lives there in a single wide its 2 bedrooms 1 bed for $900 a month I think they are very reasonable and its not that bad looking either.

Nice and quiet and neighbors are nice.

The manager is worthless and rude, the park is poorly maintained and ugly and there is no office hours that are regularly kept, making it inconvenient for residents to pay rent on time,which I am sure they insist on. The park is an embarrassment to the community and shows the quality of their property management....awful. Its a deplorable place.
