This is the worst sallys beauty ive ever been to. the customer service is awful, everytime ive asked for advice they have no idea what theyre talking about, suggest more bleaching to be the answer to everything, and are really rude. are they trying to make my hair fall out or do they know nothing about there products ?? i am forced to go back because its the only beauty store near me, but if i had ANY OTHER CHOICE i would go somewhere else.

Rude, rude, rude! Offered no help, no assistance, no customer service....one worker girl was too busy ringing up her co-worker and making sure she got her employee discount, I had to try to get there attention several times. Felt as if I was being purposely ignored, and when I did get their attention, it seemed as if I was being intrusive!Yes, I did go in 7 minutes before closing at 7:00, but do I need to be reminded every minute like a count down??? Its not going to hurt to stay a minute or two after 7:00, especially if I went in to WANT to spend my money!!! Unpleasant shopping experience, I didnt even get what I was looking for, nor did they seem to want to help me. Whatever I did buy, Im returning tomorrow and going to Ulta.

Rec d good help with choosing a new hair color..

Not only will the staff recommend the wrong products on three separate trips, they will also refuse to do an even exchange. My infant unfortunately shredded my receipt. The woman who sold me the product and remembered me told me there was nothing saying I actually bought it there and refused to do an even exchange of the same brand of dye, just in a different color. My hair is now fried and 7 inches shorter thanks to her advice, and Im out well over $150.

I was the first customer to visit Sallys, the day the curfew was lifted. The salesperson went above and beyond to help me with my order! She was fabulous!

This morning I went into the store to accomplish a return of some products that I no longer needed. The cashier was very patient with me even though I had a request that quite possibly caused her some cash flow problems. She managed to accommodate me and for that I am truly grateful. She may never know how thankful I am. Plus, her nails looked awesome!Thank you so much Sally Lady! You rock!

I wish I wouldve gotten the names of the two employees who were there today. They were so nice and super helpful. Good location and clean store. Ill be going back to this store.

Cool different things, unusual items. Things u might have never thought of. And learn to do yourself
