Had what I needed with great service and polite staff.

I called to to get an estimate for update for new pool equipment and some other services and they want $125 dollars to do it. So if you dont like their estimate you lose your money.

I absolutely had to write a review about All Seasons as the service is absolutely incredible and impeccable. All the previous experiences I had, from buying the spa to the installation and interactions over the phone with everyone concerned were always very professional and very pleasant.As a short term rental owner, I employ someone weekly and more if necessary to keep the hot tub clean for the guests. I also check it and clean it myself after each checkout. If anything goes wrong with a rental, it needs to be fixed right away as it is high season and we have guests back to back usually. Yesterday I noticed something was wrong with the programming and was unable to fix it. Knowing that I had guests checking in today and that it is high season, I was very concerned that the problem with the spa could not be fixed before the guests arrival. I called All Seasons and Alicia, the General Manager, guided me patiently through the steps to put it in the right mode. Over several phone calls, Alicia helped me and unfortunately I was not able to put it in the right mode. Alicia scheduled a visit from Mario, the technician and he came this morning and retarted the spa and all is well! Mario, was also very professional and very pleasant and explained to me what to do in a similar situation.Alicia is an amazing General Manager who understands customer service. This understanding of customer service is rare and should be appreciated. Thank you so much Alicia and Mario and All Seasons for fixing my problem.

Excellent people. Great company. They had to order a new motor for my spa. They kept me informed of its arrival and did an excellent job of installing it.

Rick came out exactly when I was told he would. He was extremely professional and knowledgable. He took his time with me and answered all my questions. This IS the place for pools, spas and fireplaces. We have used them since we moved in a few years ago. They are honest, and very fair priced. They take the time to educate and answer any questions. They tell you what is needed and provide options. I love them!

For a good number of years we have depended on All Seasons to help maintain our Hot Tub and Pellet stove. The staff have always gone the extra mile to provide terrific service and information. We would not consider going to other vendors.

My experience with All Seasons was outstanding. From the first conversation about wanting a new spa all the way through getting a spa set up and heated, I was well taken care of. There is nothing better than watching the desert sky from your hot tub.

I walked through the showroom the other day and was extremely impressed with the samples that they had to show a new customer. I was able to get an idea of what would work best in my home. It is very large and full of all different spas, pools, and fireplaces!

We are looking into getting a pool with All Seasons. At our older house we went with them to get an above ground pool installed. We are going to use them again this summer for an in-ground pool. We are very happy with the quality that we have received in the past, which is why we chose them again for this project.

They stayed late just to help me with my pool chemicals, who does that? I got clear directions on how to fix my pool water and never felt like chemicals recommended were just to sell products. And my pool is clear overnight! yay!

They were able to put in the gas fireplace in my house. It does a great job heating the house in the winter time. Im looking forward to having it on this winter.

I have gotten all of my pool equipment from All Seasons. They have done so much for me. They are sympathetic with problems and they layout a plan or solution that will help the problem. They are then able to put the plan into action. I trust that they have the best prices and I dont go anywhere else.

They are continuously doing things for me like extra solar panels, a new liner and more. I have been really pleased with the service that they have given me that I havent had to compare pricing with anyone else because I know I am getting the best price!
