After we were involved in a auto accident that damaged the entire driver side of my vehicle, we chose to go through Premiere Collision, LLC due to a referral by a family member. And I am so glad we used them. They were so easy to deal with from the moment I dropped my vehicle off. They have TOP NOTCH customer service and were always available to answer any questions I had. They seriously went above and beyond my expectations! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing anything done to their vehicle!

Premier was a poor choice to get repair after an accident. They do not take ownership and work is not quality. They will blame work on other things instead of doing it right the first time. Very dissatisfied! Received in writing what had not been done by repair shop they blamed it on something else.

Great customer service and body work. They were quick to respond and get the job done. They were able to replace my front bumper in under 48 hours. And their estimate was the final cost. I highly recommend Premier Collision.

Fantastic body shop, with ownership on site, dealing directly with the client. They use factory procedures for repairs, and they check your cars computer for damage you cant see.

My car was hit in the front and back. Premier was recommended by my insurance State Farm. They did a wonderful job and my car looks and drives like new. Quality, friendly service.

Highly recommend Premier Collision in Zachary. Needed to have trunk door replaced. Got a quote quickly and they worked with my insurance so all I had to pay was the deductible. Staff is super courteous and professional, and the end result was truly perfect. I hoped it would look like new, but I didnt actually think it would! Great job guys, thanks!

Took my Avalanche there to have repaired cuz of an accident got it back now the dome light the DVD and the back-up camera does not work I refuse to give a good recommendation would not take my vehicle there again or any other vehicle they do not know electrical very disappointed in this shop
