The staff at this store have horrible attitudes and the customer service is awful. This is the second time ive won a raffle here and had problems.

Horrible experience at both locations!! (Zachary and Baker). The employees at both locations walk around looking around with their mouths gaped open as if theyre in a partial vegetative state every time you ask them questions. They act as though the extent of their training is to scan a barcode and take payment. Heaven forbid needing anything beyond that! Youd have a better, more accurate, dependable and dare I say even more desirable experience with the bot lot online. Save the tylenol-- shop online.

The staff and manager have a bad attitude. Customer service is awful! I will not spend another dollar at this establishment nor will I recommend anyone else to. Horrible!

I walked in and the staff were all around each other at the register socializing. No one greeted me with a hello or how can I help you. I felt almost like I was the only one in the store. After looking at every section (men, women, kids, clothing), no one still acknowledged that I was there and kept talking to each other. I know they saw me present bc they looked right at me. I left after being ignored for about 15 minutes.. Management really needs to crack down on these employees bc this happens almost every time I go in this particular Hibbett Sports.
