OMG! This was the best company ever! Dustin was amazing. He is so easy to work with and stands behind his work. Everything we agreed on was done. There were no stress involved and a very easy process. His installers did a wonderful job and were very nice and professional. The whole staff did an amazing job. Now thats customer service!!! Dustin was extremely helpful and took the time to answer a lot of questions to make sure I was making informed decisions. Working with Marvin and Angie to complete the order and schedule my install was great. They made sure I was updated every step along the way. Roosevelt was knowledgeable and very courteous. From beginning to end, this was one of the easiest tasks I had to complete building my new house. I am so glad I made the decision to use First In Counters and will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of counters.

Worked directly with Dustin, one of the owners and cant say enough good things about First In Counters. They treated me like family the minute I walked in and took the time to understand what I was looking for. From there they gave me a few recommendations and we were able to find a beautiful slab of granite that fit the project perfectly. From start to finish, I am so pleased with our experience! I received white glove service from everyone there. Angie and Marvin worked closely with me to select and schedule my quartz countertop selection. (They even saved me money!) Roosevelt was so experienced and friendly during his kitchen measurement visit. When it came to installation day...Brandon Singleton and Marvin Deon Washington were kind, caring--the consummate professionals! If I could clone this experience to have with every home improvement project, I would. Fantastic work, everyone!

First In Counters not only excels at this, they are simple the best granite company/installers in the area. Dustins willingness to cover every detail and make sure his customers get exactly what they want is amazing, and very rare these days in the construction industry. I have used First In Counters for my kitchen renovations, I have referred them to my brother and my youngest daughters house, all of which were done on time and flawlessly!!!!! I am currently working with Dustin for the granite in my outdoor kitchen and as always, he has been more than helpful.
