Well I usually go to walmart - I hate walmart for the past 3 months everytime Id go there would be nothing no food - this place was nice clean and I didnt feel like an animal set free in chaos I will be going to rouses from now on 😏❤

Was getting meet spice & Deli, when gentleman was done slicing the meat. I noticed that the meat slicer had remnants previously cut Meats on it and realize that the gentleman had not properly clean the meat slicer. I then told him that I was not buying that meat that he had just sliced. And then ask him, what do you want me to slice off filthy meat slicer. Just plain disgusting

Awesome grocery store... yes they have much more than groceries but their selections are tops. Prices are always right on and all the employees are great people.

Would not recommend this job to anyone owner does not know how to talk to customers/employees they are also short staffed everyday we have to work whether part-time or full-time barely get a lunch break at that, only good thing about this job is that it pays every week … everyone that this location hires to be a cashier has quit or ends up quitting !!!

Wonderful selections of meat and produce. Staff always willing to help with any requests. Has hot food bar that is homestyle cooked fresh and very clean.

I challenge you to find a more miserable group of people than the workers at this particular Rouses location. Out of all of the Rouses Markets in the state of Louisiana, this is - by far - the most depressing.

This store is so nice and its huge! Great selection. There is someone cleaning baskets between customers. People who work there are friendly and greet the customers. Its a nice treat to shop there.

Went for a turkey and they were completely out. Special was buy ham get turkey. Would have just settled for turkey. I do understand times are different during Covid but a offer of rain check would have been nice

A good place to pick up essentials when Im in a hurry on my way home from work, but try to avoid shopping here if possible. It is WAY pricey and the cashiers are often rude and disengaged.

Boiled crawfish was soooo good!Would have loved to had corn & potatoes but I got satisfied with just the crawfish

This place has turned into Walmart. Service and speed at checkout has been greatly reduced.

The manager and the lady in the floral department made sure I had what I needed to put my late husbands roses on the grave at La. National Cemetery. The gave me their condolences and the cashier also did the same. 🇺🇲🇺🇲😥❤❤

My trip was nice. I found everything that I were looking for. The store were nice and clean.

Chainsaw would not start so I took it over to my local Ace/Rouses store. Planned on dropping it off and pick it up next week. But hardware guy fixed it on the spot! These guys are the best.

Good local store, generally good parking. Cleanliness, and friendliness seems to be priority here. The Deli is my favorite (Neesha) I hope I’m spelling it right completed my order after their was a conflict in the time frame I was suppose to get it. She was kind, courteous, and professional.

Rouses was great. Everything was well stocked and despite being very busy, I was quickly checked out and my groceries were bagged for me.

I shop there at least twice a month and it has every different kind of variety of food you could imagine! Love shopping here!

The service was great and I was pleased to find the merchandise I was looking for.

I went to Rouses on Bluebonnets Blvd to buy a cake The people that worked in the bakery department was so friendly and made my purchase very easy I brought the cake home and sliced into it it was the best cake that I had ever eaten I told the staff if the cake was good that I would be back I went back to buy a second cake it was equally as good I believe the person that help me was named Miss Jiren. Rouses hires some of the best workers in the city of Baton Rough. Well done.

Rouses has a nice environment & atmosphere with nice polite employees the supermarket is always clean as well as the restroom also never have a problem finding what I need the meats r always fresh as well as having a Butcher available compared to Walmart & others that I know Rouses is one for myself 💯👍🇺🇸

I love this place bc not only is the staff friendly, they also have a hardware store inside of the grocery store!! Plus is 2 seconds away from my house....

My wife brings me here sometimes after I have been good and liquored up from Walk-ons. I wander around like a lost child while she collects various things to feed us throughout the week.Sometimes I meet other lost men and we form a tribe and hang out until our better halves come and take us away.Hope to see you next time Jeff and Patrick.

Great local market with good seafood and. Little light on organic produce but some options. Nice having the hardware section, so dont have to make separate trips.

Kind of expensive but this place has the best fresh sushi. Also theres a hardware store connected to it. They cook food fresh daily and they also have daily lunch specials. Very nice customer service representatives. I always have a good experience when I visit the grocery store. 4 stars because the parking lot is horrible and I dipped in a crater.

Great selection of all foods. All name brands are represented plus the store brands are of good quality,but you will pay for it in a little higher prices. But the service may just make it worth the prices.

I went to the Zachary location today. I wanted something on the top shelf by the cake mixes but I couldnt reach it. Long story short... no real Customer Service. On another note... The gentleman on the Ace Hardware side was a great help! Thank you!

I love rouses. They got a good meat selection. Great deals. Got 4 cases of water for 8.88 and 4 sunny Dd for 5 bucks.

Every time I go to this store, it is well stocked, clean and full of friendly employees.

Prices on meat was a little high to say it was coming on a holiday

My issue with the store is that the time I was there around 9pm there were three separate spills in various aisles, no one was cleaning them up, the employees didnt even put up wet floor signs. They also seemed completely disinterested in cleaning them up without customer prompts.

This location was purchased by Rouses recently. There was talk of improvements and I was so excited to finally have a nice grocery store in Zachary. I will say I have seen some improvement regarding the food selections, layout of the store, etc. However, the parking lot is horrible. Its sharply slanted and badly in need of repaving (very rocky with major pot holes in multiple spots- one is so bad they just put a grocery cart in the hole and left it so no one would drive over it and ruin their tires- its been there for weeks). The entrance of the store remains pretty dirty, which doesnt exactly make you want to shop there. Overall, Im happy with the food itself and the prices, but they seriously need to clean it up and fix the issues in the parking lot.

Impossible to navigate your site for items in store

Great place to go grocery shopping. They have locally grown produce, and great sales on items. They also have items that you may not find in big chain grocery stores.

Nice store, clean with great sushi. My only complaint is watch the sale prices!!!! They had pineapples 2/4.00 they rang up at the register 2.99. If I would of had a large cart of groceries I probably would not have caught the error. When I went to the service desk she said they had 3 different prices on them in the register. I received my money back on the overcharge. Just be aware folks.
