Chris and Noah were very helpful. We walked in knowing the size of bed we wanted but nothing else. They had an easy process of having us try three beds to determine the firmness we liked and then we were able to narrow down options from there. This experience was so much better than other stores that just walked us around and had us lay on random beds while using professional verbiage to justify why one was better than the other. Brad the store manager was extremely knowledgeable of all the products and what would fit my personal needs based off the qualifying questions he asked. We identified multiple sleep issues which he had a bed that solved all of my issues and then some. I had a hard time seeing the value in the bed but Brad was extremely patient and understanding and did a great job building value and making me happy/comfortable with my sleep system purchase. I highly recommend Mattress Firm to anyone specially if my friends or family need a bed. Further more if possible go see the store manager Brad in Zanesville he is amazing!

Walked in Bradley greeted us, we told him what we was looking for. Great sales, no pushing to buy. Ended up with a great deal.

Purchased at fair, they delivered wrong base and the foot portion doesnt work on one side. Have called at least 20 times...still no resolve, no anything! I guess they are hoping we give up trying to get what we paid for....but its time for an attorney at this point. It feels impossible to trust any business anymore!! You want to make money? Stay in business? Stop lying, stand behind your words!!
