My BF & I went in to look for an adjustable bed to help with his many recoveries he has coming up from surgeries in the future. We were immediately greeted and helped by Laura. She took us around the store and had my BF test out the beds as she adjusted them to make sure they were comfortable enough and fitting for what he needed. Once we agreed on a base, she took us around and showed us the mattresses she recommended and the best qualities of all of them. Once we decided on a base and a mattress, I told her how quick I would need it and that I would need to have it installed too. She got everything set up and the bed is supposed to be delivered and installed for us tomorrow, only 2 short days after we went into the store. She was absolutely amazing and was sure to hit every requirement right on the head. We have never been so happy with an experience before. If you go to this store, please please ask for Laura. She will make your experience the best of the best.

Very friendly. Quick bur not too quick, you can express what you feel and want and they understand and try their best. It wasnt like 3 hours applying and filling out stuff like other places.

Sales Rep was very friendly. She helped us choose a mattress for our daybed. She even switched the mattresses out a couple times so we could test them. This is the second time I’ve used Mattress Firm and definitely recommend them.

I was greeted promptly upon entering the store. I visited the week before to ask questions to narrow my research. I knew what I wanted and was supported by the salesman.It took forever for him to get to a computer to complete the sale. Thats not good.

Sales clerk was very informative and patient with me making a decision. Not pushy at all but explained to me anything I asked her. I dont like doing reviews until delivery of product is delivered and in my home and that portion of this review will come at a later date. But buying experience was very easy and enjoyable with my sales clerk .

Great friendly customer service. Mattress shopping during a pandemic was not what I had in mind but the guys in the store were great. We got in there, they directed us where to go for what we were looking for. They had exactly what we needed for my daughters room. We ordered, were in and out in less than 30minutes. We purchased a new mattress with Nick today and he couldn’t have been more courteous and helpful. Nick was informative and thoroughly explained their return policy and all fees that would apply. I know what he said was true because this is the 3rd mattress I have purchased.

Purchased bed, was told I had 4 months to decide if I liked the bed or not. When i called to let them know that I would like to exchange the bed I was told that there was a 10% restocking fee and an $80 delivery fee. This information was with held to me when I purchased the bed. That information was never communicated to me. I definitely do not mind the delivery fee but I am not happy with the restocking fee that was never communicated to me. Had I known that I would have shopped around more.

She patiently went through everything twice - once during the day when I stopped in to see what all was available and again that evening when I brought my husband back to make our purchase. She even remembered my name and that impressed me as well as her knowledge level. While she gave us her undivided attention we never felt pressured to buy. The 10 yr full warranty, delivery schedule flexibility, and hauling off of our old bed were all positive influencers in our decision process. The delivery crew was also great. They were on time, polite, and efficient. An all around outstanding experience!
