Love their water service. I dont like their new system of not getting an operator on the phone. And to be charged to speak to one. I also referred a friend never got my discount. Automated is ok but sometimes you need to speak to a person.The rates keep going up. Less service.

If I could give negative stars I would. They are constantly delivering to our business before we open and on days we are closed, and we’ve had bottles get stolen because of their carelessness. We have been a customer for about five years and have called them over a dozen times to try and rectify the issue but it continues to happen. They mark our hours and yet things still get delivered before we open. Not sure if it’s a scheduling issue or a driver issue but they need to get it together. Every time we call they could care less, and every representative seems more clueless than the first! We canceled our service and have gone with a different company. If you look at all the negative reviews they don’t even respond to them, that speaks volume. This company simply doesn’t care.

Quick 30min in and out. Friendly. Fast. They accepted us 2 hours past appointment time. Only reason its not a 5 star is because there is no one at the security gate where you check in. Instructions should be posted not to stop and wait here.

Very rude people, you have to ware a vest and if you dont the get mad but they dont provide any solution just being rude with you.

Entrance for trucks could use a light! One driveway you don’t wanna pass by!!Don’t forget your vest or bright shirt!Nice place for drop and hook. Occasionally do a live load here and they are prompt. Love it when gates are broken 😂

So we wait for 3 and 1/2 hours and you get wound up about the fact that we got paperwork before leaving the door. If you wanted it that way someone should have said so. People cant read your minds.

Wouldnt load me because my tandems wouldnt move. The guy heard my leveling valve on the tractor and said it was an air leak on my trailer and wouldnt listen, just walked away

Not to shabby, got a door right away only took them about 45 min to unload trailer. Drivers/ employee lounge has vending, restrooms and free bottled water. DONT FORGET YOUR REFLECTIVE VEST!! when outside your rig, they make you go back for it. Also dont expect to get worked in for early delivery, tried and failed had to come back as scheduled next morning.

Second time came here and with the pick up number that I had 817 starting, they dont have a load, unbelievable. Stay away as much as possible.

Pick up load w 53 dry van, enter via Chancy Rd to Copeland Dr/20th north only ( local truck restrictions) Hi Vis vest required. go thru unmanned gard shack, follow arrows, park & check in at S&R OFFICE, get assigned a dock, tandems back & DC air line. Once loaded, park in same lot as check in, take/show seal to get bills. Total time apx. 3 1/2 hrs. Staff friendly and helpful.

Poisonous water?!!?! Loaded trailers are left outside in high Florida heat. Often 5 gallon bottles are left in the sun. Studies have shown this causes the plastic to breakdown and leach into the water.I would avoid this water at all costs. Especially if youre pregnant.Dont take my word for it, do your own research and decide for yourself

The company needs to be more diligent about where the semis turn when they exit the company. Streets to the right are posted- no trucks. Several times I have seen trucks trying to turn around. This is a safety issue.

Easy in and out. They are usually pretty busy but they do a good job to get you in and out. Live loads average 2 hours but the 4 or 5 hour load outs a rare. And if they have doors they will get you out in a little over an hour. MUST HAVE high visibility best. Shift change at 5 AM and 5PM and that will add 30 to 45 mins to your time.

Pick up from there is drop and hook . Its works so much better for me when I get my information from the gate . Great employees .

Smh!!! How on earth do you guys still have a license ?! Communication Sucks . Racism is HIGHLY notable in the workplace! OSHA rules are being broken, who’s to say they have proper security... They steal people’s hours and give them away to others.... I mean I understand you can hire & fire people for just about any reason here in Florida but you CANNOT do shady things to good workers and NOT expect someone to report you !!! Which is what I will be doing! I can’t believe how unprofessional our WATER COMPANY IS.

Dispatch had an issue with us since we arrived because weve never been there before yet we are expected to know the process of how they do things there

Our office was damaged because of a leak from our neighbor. The leak was generated because of a broken connection made by this company. This happened the Sunday before thanksgiving and they want to get rid of the responsibility. Nobody is taking our loses with responsibility. Our office was collapsed with all the equipment from the water damage restoration company for 2 weeks; baseboards removed, desk / kitchen cabinets / carpet / drywall / multifunctional copy machine damaged. They have been playing with us since then . I would not recommend doing business with a company that cant be responsible about others.

Terrible experience! Was supposed to be drop and hook. Was told they were behind. So wait on a door. Very rude employees. I guess they dont realise we are trying to get their product to a store. More people standing around smoking cigarettes than I saw working. Will do my best to avoid this stop in the future.

I cater to the company and the employess are fantastic. Everytime I deliver here they are sooo helpful, I appreciate them very much.

I like drinking Nestle water I dont like to haul it the loads are always far and way too heavy they dont know how to load a truck without almost putting it overweight each time but not my favorite water to drink I like spring time water and Flowing Wells Water from Augusta Georgia More and better

Its a place of work. Nothing special. Managements a bunch of robots it seems, but its like that at most places. Employees are just trying to survive.

Usually always have a drop and hook so we never really have issues going here.

If you have to live load here They take quite awhile during the busy hot seasons of year when everyones drinking tons of water. There can be 10 to 15 trucks waiting to get into a door and once you get a door you can be here 6-8 hours to get loaded. Have to wear a safety vest on the property.

Told me to wait since morning to afternoon because my appointment was changed and they might take me later in the day just to be kicked out at 8pm without driving hours left and with their load inside my trailer because they messed up my appointment

Get to guard house give your po number, park truck go to receiving slide your tandem all the way to the back and wear a safety vest all time Cant complaint always got me loaded fast the give two free bottle of water they dont have over night parking there is no parking on the street and be careful the route you get cuz you will end on a residence area with no truck allow

I arrived with truck delivery water from Lee plant, nine hours before my Appointment and they threw me out although they have many parking spaces by the way, the mule with its very bad attitude and no Overnight Parking Of Course After delivery

Nestle is about to begin drawing millions of gallons of water from the Ginnie Springs. Our state already stays in a constant water crisis, as well as a vulnerable ecosystem. Considering how Nestle has handled the Flint MI crisis, I have a very bad feeling about this. Shout out to the Gilchrist County Commission for selling our state out.

Appointment only I guess, appt was 6pm friday, got there at 230pm but was told to come back at 5pm....had no hours so came back next day, Saturday. My appointment was for yesterday and not on schedule for today therefore cant get loaded......Smh
