Love shopping at Publix. Prices are higher than some other stores such as Walmart, however the company makes up for it with their awesome customer service and cleanliness! Called one day asking if they had a certain product, they even took their time (over the phone!) to check in the back and restock the shelves before I arrived!

Always one of the best and easiest Publix Plazas to get in and out of.Besides being one of my favorite Publixs to go to due to it always being very clean, well stocked, they also have some of the best selections of items around. Plus the staff is always friendly and seem to be in a good mode.The plaza has a Pizzeria, Nail Salon, Liquor store, Chinese take out, plus other great stores to shop at.

Since covid has ended, the Publix deli department has been really slow. I am not sure on why, but there will be like 4 or 5 people behind the counter when I come up to the deli, but I wait for a good ten mins before being served. They always go to the sandwich side before the deli side even though Im standing there first. They also dont always have the correct numbers on the now serving sign and barely use them when I get one. Other than that the staff is always very friendly.

I shop here frequently and I have never had an issue. Everyone is always nice and helpful. The store is clean and orderly.

This Publix is always clean and fully stocked when I go. I fully take advantage of their sales and find it easy to save money, especially with clipping coupons on the Publix app. The staff is always very helpful and nice, from the checkout staff, the deli counter to the fish market. I am someone who loves grocery shopping so I might be biased, but I love shopping at Publix! I do have to note that they close an hour earlier than other Publix locations Im used to - 9 pm not 10 pm! It was slightly inconvient the first time I went at around 9 pm looking to buy ice cream lol but now I adjust accordingly. The only other complaint is the amount of construction on the roads surrounding right now which makes it a little inconvient to get to. But overall, this Publix is great and I am happy to live so close.

The layer of the store is very consistent with the other stores that I visited. Except for the bread it took me a while to hunt down the bread. No big deal

The store is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Selection and quantities are usually good. The only issue is getting in and out of the parking lot but I deal with it because this is my preferred Publix.

Lately have found that milk is not lasting. Milk tends to go bad days before or a day after stamped date on contain. Store does not seem to carry bakery products once carried( Kaiser rolls with poppy seeds). The Deli department is a wait in line till, with only one person working on customer service.

Not complaining but maybe constructive criticism... Publix is my favorite store so I do not like to view it going downhill. I purchased an 8 piece fried chicken with only 7 pieces. Not what I counted on. Checking out was painful as “Ann” did not want to deal with the issue I had about purchasing 2soda case get 2free. The young man bagging took care of the issue which was much appreciated. Please do not lower your standards. Thank you.

Ordered a cake for 420 to say happy 420 and the employee refused to write it on the cake. If I pay for decorated cake is that not what I should get? NEVER will I be ordering from this location EVER AGAIN. Wesley Chapel location had no problem doing the decoration after I was refused by this location. I’ll take the 25 min drive to get what I paid for.

Always clean with helpful employees. If they dont stock a particular item you can ask and theyll try to stock it for you. Lots of BOGOS too.

So like all pubic store they have a great and friendly staff. Always wanting to help. Even when you walk down the aisle they say hi and ask if you need help. The only thing that seemed different about this location it did not seem as bright inside as others. But still great. At checkout the cashier was friendly and the young man bagging the groceries was so kind. I wish I had both of there names to put in here but the young man was 6ft 6 or so and quite a big guy. So nice. Wish I had employees like him

The food is always spoiling at this particular publix. I never seen spoiled garlic until I tried shopping there. Also I was ignored by a older woman who works there that i was asking for help. I said excuse me at least 4 times standing right next to her before another more nice worker ran to help me because it was obvious I needed help. She literally continued wiping a register off . Idk maybe she didnt like my complexion or my hair. Needless to say its personally my least favorite publix EVER . I live closer to this location but I take an extra 15 to 20 minutes extra going to the Publix up the street on morris bridge. All of the food is continuously fresh and im always treated equally there . Im never ignored in fact people actually ask me if I need help. If you have melanin try another Publix

I ordered through instacart. When i got my order first i asked for no contact. Just leave on porch. Lady knocked on door. We are sick and did not want contact. Then was the wring order. It had several things in one bag with my stuff and all tied up. I got my order but had to seperate all the items ripping the tied bags. So not to sure how they put orders together but terrible. Never again.

The bakery options are very poor at this location, even worse than the one located at 54 and BBD. They running out of the bread selección very early in the morning. You better drive to 56 and BBD if you are looking for decent bakery products options.

Always a great experience for shopping, unfortunately I can’t say the same for their pharmacy. I called ahead to see if they had my medication in stock. Was told they didn’t and had several people waiting on it, which wasn’t ordered at that time.

At the pharmacy department Julie was very sarcastic and rude I never had this kind of treatment before.

Love this place costumer since 2012 love them great organic products and healthy foods.

Our company is very upset with this Publix! we have been here for so many times to issue our money order to buy at one of the city auctions.But the last time we went here (it will be the last time!) was horrible. The manager at customer service was very nasty and with a lack of knowledge! after we given her the SS# ID, and all they denied the transaction because we needed more documents; ( they could have even have check at sunbiz but the did not) Try to do a money order at least for what ever limit they had and they denied because I could not verify the previous transaction I was trying to doThey lost a regular customer who travels from far away to do business here!

Love shopping at this store and the variety of products they carry. My favorites are the deli, bakery and the huge selection of fruits and vegetables.

Great place to grocery shop

Staff are very rude and arrogant at this location. They do not care about elderly people. Prices are higher other Publix! When asking for the location of a given product, staff act irritated by your question! I would suggest shopping at a different location or different supermarket since there are a number of other markets within a two to three mile drive.

I visit Florida several times a year from New York and Love this Publixs. The ladies/Men in the Bakery section are so great. I always get a little treat for myself and they help me hide it from Girlfriend and her mother :) . But I always get them something. But everyone in every section is so nice. The food is always fresh and the store is so clean . I will be back soon so have my Hidden Eclair .

This place is awful. On the self checkout they only watch African Americans scan and when white peoples are scanning they don’t even watch them. Treat all shoppers fairly. Stop being selective based on the color of your skin.

Theres nobody that can compare to public service unfortunately during the pandemic when Publix made dump truck loads of money everyday they cant work with other supermarkets and start control on the prices of food in this country all three or four Easter supermarket chains can get together and then you got more money everybody else youre dealing with leverage
