Dont know how to pick up the dam phone and selling pre owned xboxs remote for 40 dollar when i can go to walmart and get a brand new one for 20 dollars more game stop is not like it use to be when i was a kid this is very sad.

This store never seems to be very busy so its a great place to stop if you dont like a crowded store. Kimberly who works here was great with information and asking lots of discovery questions to suggest things. She even went as far as looking up a few things in their system to let me know if the item I was looking for even existed. Highly recommend this GameStop for all your having and collectable needs!

Never seems to want to answer their phones. Even when in store you just hear it nonstop ringing. Must go in if you want anything or need even a quick answer about something.

The employee didnt tell me that the game I was getting had the wrong price tag until I asked him, midway through the transaction. He also added on the useless game warranty without ever telling me about it or asking. And he signed me up for the rewards program without asking if I wanted that. I wouldve said no since I barely ever buy games. Comes off as very sketchy when they do things like this without telling you or asking you.

Watch out when you go to this Gamestop as one of the employees tacks on the useless game warranty without you knowing. Check your receipts before you leave.

This location will tell you multiple times they have an item in stock. And then when it comes to buy the item first thing, the don’t have it. They are hoarding for their employees and lying to their customers. Even after waiting all night. All other GameStop locations put up how many PS5’s and Xbox Series X/S’s on the door. But not this one. I don’t recommend coming to this store to do any business.

Friendly staff I would give a 5 🌟 if they would have the games they displayed. Tried to get an old game the case was there but the game wasnt it happened several times...

Great service, the trade in isn’t that much but it’s better then nothing. There’s a huge selection of games of course. During the holidays is a great place to find board games and T-shirt’s that friends are looking for too.

Best gamestop for 100+ miles

The service can be a bit slow but they will of course always get to you. they dont always have every game that youre looking for in stock, so I would advise you checked there online service before going in to the store and perhaps ordering from the online.you can even have it shipped to the store closest to you and pick it up there, if youre not comfortable with it being shipped to your house.

I gave the place one star because I cant do less. I called the guy that answer was rude didnt explain how to pay for it, had to bring two different cards. First need a chip and be credit or debit then it has to be associated to a bank, after all that and two different trips NO have to be credit only.

Stocked well. Had what I was looking for. Customer service was outstanding.

Went in and asked for a used PS4 controller. There was one left. The guy checking out at the counter next to me said I could use an extra PS4 controller after I asked. The associate sold it to him and told me sorry just sold the last one. The associate behind the counter said we have new ones if you would like. I replied no I will just go to Walmart. He was said to the other employee as I was walking out welp I tried.

Its good with trades and deals were if games under 4.99 you could get 4 games for 10 dollars so thats a good deal

The store is always clean and has videos of new games coming out soon. The staff here are very friendly and dont push you to buy anything you dont want. Theyll let you know if the game youre about to buy is good or not. I always come here to get any video game.

I recently called gamestop 1:26 in the afternoon when everybodys at work and to my dismay they appear to be so busy that they cant answer the phone to answer an easy question. I called must be 10 different times throughout that time and no one would answer the phone whatsoever. This type of behavior is unacceptable, they should I use the phone say they are busy and put you on hold for a short time and then take care of whatever question you may have instead of telling you to call back later at 1:26 in the afternoon when everybodys at work.

Picked up a game the night before release. No raffle for a really cool prize.😞 No cosplay characters. Only giveaway was a poster. Eh!

Not a good selection of games. The games they did have are way over priced. For a new resident evil 2 was 59.99 not in wrapper(makes it not new) compared too Walmarts 49.99 for new in wrapper, was not happy with my visit and wont be going back.

Poor variety, like all game stops they try to push off used games for new, new games are suppose to have cellophane wrapped around them. They give you a small fraction of what your game is worth when you turn one in . Buy from Amazon instead, stay clear of this place.

Been going to this place since 2009. I can honestly tell you its the best place in the area to get your gaming needs. The employees dont force feed you preorders nor make you go for used over new. This Gamestop definitely delivers amazing service unlike the others.

Good selection, but incredibly crowded floor, making it very difficult for those with disabilities to access the store and maneuver around it easily.

They wanted to pay us $1.50 for a game they are selling and would sell our brand new in the wrap still game for $40. Go elsewhere, they are just like car salesmen.
