The last two years I gave it five stars! But someone else bought them out this year.I made an appointment for 10:00 am for a shampoo,cut and style. Got there at 9:50 am doors are locked no one inside. A man came he had a 10:00am appointment also. A lady then came she had a 10:00 am also. We waited till 10:15 am no one showed up. So we went to another shop called Five Star and they were able to take all three of us.So Hair Hut lost alot of money today as the other lady was a color.Never had this problem with Ellen when she was at Hair Hut.This is bad for business and I will not return or recommend them to anyoneNever received a phone call explaining that they would be late or to cancel.This is not the way to treat your clients.
