I like tractor supply. I went to this store due to the store in Plant City not having the item I needed. When I drove in the parking lot you would almost think it was closed. I went in the store the phone ringing off the hook. No one would answer. Couldnt find any sales people in the store. Then I here one salesperson was leaving and another one was cathing a ride with that one. With Rural King across the street it that is the best you can do, just go ahead and close the store

We have shopped in this store since it opened. Everyone one has always been very friendly and happy to help, on 6/19/21 went went to purchase supplies and Warren was on the register, wow this guy must hate his job, definitely should not be on the register. He rang up our stuff put nothing in bags . I had to bag the stuff myself and had to asked if he had rang stuff up already. Then his answer was yep and very short. If I ever walk in and he’s the only one on register I will leave. If your on the register your the front line of the store. This guy needs more training. I’m in customer service he’s not a front like person, and I said please and than you to all.

Ms. Teresa was very sweet she went above and beyond customer service I recommend going threw her line!! Thank you Teresa for this excellent experience Ill be sure to shop here again.

The manager was nice. He only had three cans left on the shelf of the 4Health grain free canned cat food I was buying and the cats liked it. So he offered to order me a case of it and told me when it’d be in and it was there that day held for me with my name on it.

The store manager, Josh, was excellent and took his time to really help us with our trailer purchase. Excellent customer service

They ran out of tractors aswell as trailers

I bought a tandem axle trailer and when I picked it up the tongue has a 2 5/16 ball but I had a 2” ball on my hitch. I was helped by Josh who I think is the store manager. I mentioned I was in a hurry to pick up my daughter and this guy hustled big time. We had to adjust the gate on the trailer and such and correct a few issues but he compensated me for my troubles. He was a really nice and respectful guy.The guy I bought the trailer from the day before (Joe) was very friendly and helpful. Joe if you read this your tandem axle Carry-on brand of trailers need a 2 5/16” ball not 2” LOL.

No matter where I go where there is a Tractor Supply, I find the stores neet, clean and well stocked. Although this store was lacking in the womens T-shirt sizes. Not all women are tiny

I should have known better, everyone is aware of what a slum Zephyrhills is, yet it was late and I needed dog food. EVERYONE working at this TSC is in there own little world. Will never walk into one of these stores again. Better yet, Ill stay away from business in Pasco county. Management and customer service is non exist.

Notice the owner always gives the same response. Passing it on to customer service. They dont care.UPDATE. Canceled TSC credit card. In the 2 months since this incident we have saved thousands by purchasing local small business. Look forward to this half baked business going under.

Tractor supply well I can say is theres nothing better one of the best stores around prices are great and they got everything you could ever need for around the farm and then some extra stuff plus I got biddies ducks all sorts of cool little birds great selection of dog food and equine medications. And also its a cool little gadgets for your tractor go figure and the bathrooms are spotless great place for dumping

Found a watering fountain for chicks in the clearance isle the description said it came complete meaning the top and the bottom. The lady charged me twice saying they charge separately for the top and bottom parts but on my receipt it had the exact same skew number twice I told her she charged me twice and that I found it in the clearance isle and she argued it wasnt from the clearance isle where I had seen multiple fountains. I wont go back to that store where they do not listen and they over charge and argue with you like you dont know what youre talking about. Her name was Teresa. Im glad Rural King is right across the street because they know how to charge good prices and they only charge you once.

Salt for the water softener. 40 lb. bags. Always need 10 of them. I prefer to ask for help. But the last 2 times, it is clearly an interruption into those peoples day to help a senior citizen load 400 pounds of salt into their trailer. The way they throw them into my trailer the bags burst and when I get home I have one heck of a mess that I get to clean up. Its not worth asking for help. Take your business elsewhere.

Friendly service, order/ pay online & pickup in store option. I like CAT sales items!! Should be as frequent as their dog specials, but arent. Like the Neighbor Special treats sent on email, to claim instore, periodically.

Great. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Tenille, the cashier was extremely helpful. She explained all about the TSC to me and I joined for 2 years. It is always great when the employees know what they are talking about and want to help you, the customer.

⭐They had what we needed but I felt discriminated against. The lady at the front desk had the nicest conversation with two (white) customers in line. Then when it came to us next in line, the change in attitude was so drastic. There was no, How are you doing? No, did you need anything else? Just a nasty look with a cut and dry attitude. Very sad that we experienced this, especially with all that America has fought for and gone through over the many years. This woman should be ashamed of herself for her behavior. Doesnt matter if your white, black, Hispanic Asian and ECT. We should all be treated with respect. We will take our business elsewhere from here on out.Employee Teresa

Best Tractor Supply in West Pasco!

Best place to refill propane tanks. You pay per gallon and only pay for what get (currently $2.89 G). Most RV parks and propane companies whack you a flat $20-23 price for a 30 lb.. tank fill. For instance my not quite empty 30lb. tank cost about $16 to fill instead of the flat rate price. Honesty, imagine that....

Been to other locations that were good. This one though has pretty narrow lanes, not even 2 people wide. Items were placed in a not easily understandable order. To top it off pricing was meh and checkout process was slow.

I like Tractor Supply when JOE is working. He always makes sure that my order is pulled correctly and brought out, and then he puts it in the truck for me.I do have issues with some of the feeds not being rotated off the shelves. Twice now Ive purchased food for my rats or rabbits that has been moldy from being on the shelf too long.Normally no problems when I go in, but lately, its been longer and longer waits to get anyone to come in to help me, when Im there to pick up my orders.There is a young girl who works there who has always been excellent when I need help. Shes very knowledgeable, and helps where and when needed. There is also one more gentleman who has been a huge help, always willing, and even loaded my truck with the forklift CHEERFULLY on a really cold day.I will update this when I can catch their names again, but these 3 I hope that Tractor Supply will hang on to and praise these workers for their dedication and customer service skills.

Tractor supply is my go to store for anything for my livestock. I have ordered chicks from them and they showed up very healthy. Would order again in a heartbeat.

Very good people. I bought a trailer in Michigan a month ago. It had a faulty Tire. I understand These things happen. But the surprising part was that from Zepherhills management to sales help to the cashier they treated me as if Id been a regular in their store for years. They solved the problem, replaced the faulty tire at no expense to me and got me back on the road. 5 stars and a big Thank you to them.

OMG rude old lady working here! Asked 3x for help to cut a piece of chain. It would have taken her 30 seconds if that. She told me she was helping someone and she walked away talking on the phone. Caught her 10 mins later in the store and she said she was still helping someone, no one else in sight, no phone in hand. Imaginary customer! Walking and chewing gum would be difficult for her obviously. Won’t be back. EDIT: This is uncommon customer service for Tractor Supply. I have gone to many others around the US and have always had great service.

Ok, this is going to sound like a company advertisement from a company employee, but I can assure you that we are simply new customers to this store and have enjoyed a down-home shopping experience that we believe is increasingly hard to find. In the farm and tractor store business, there is certainly a great deal of growing competition, but there are star performers that will surprise you! Our thanks will read like a Hollywood Oscar speech that appears to name everyone in the whole Tractor Supply company, but I can assure you that each of these people have gone out of their way to help us and make us feel like family. From the store Manager, Tim, down through the full staff to Austin, the small team that runs the Zephyrhills Tractor Supply store will certainly go out of there way to make you feel like family. We generally dont get the opportunity to meet and get to know store employees of most stores we give business to; however, when every staff member makes it their mission to take care of your needs, their names become easier to remember. Tim, Stephanie, Katie, Brandi and Jackie all work well together to manage a complimentary team whose goals become clear; to help you find what you need, while providing excellent advice and direction about any product they carry. Each of these Managers have personally introduced themselves and made it clear that their entire staff was here to assist us with our needs. Joe, Frank and Austin work together to keep products available on the shelves while responding quickly and professionally to customers questions and assisting with customer loading and store cleanliness. This trio is always on the move throughout the store, with several tasks in work, but they will always stop to make you their top priority...amazing!! Last, but certainly not least, the Customer Service Representatives that work the front of the store are responsible for setting the tone for your visit as you walk in and professionally ensure that all of your needs are met before they complete your final purchase. For having set the kindest and most helpful tone for our visit, weve had the pleasure of meeting Tamarra and Theresa, who are fine examples of the small-town family attitude that most of us truly appreciate and dont get to experience very often anymore. I need to apologize to this team now for any misspellings as well as the unintended ommission of at least 2 names of ladies that I know work in the store, but weve simply not had the pleasure of interacting enough with them yet. As a customer, I would not normally remember all of these names but each of these people have made a point of checking in with us while weve been in the store, making sure our needs were met. First time there got excellent service.second time the help was really rude

I needed a pressure washer and all the big box stores had was garbage with terrible reviews. TSC had the one I wanted, with good reviews on the equipment and TSCs customer service. The price was comparable too. I knocked off a star for not having the surface cleaner and the one week lead time to get it. I ended up getting the Dewalt surface cleaner at HD and highly recommend it.

We have been looking for a lazor light for our cat and we found one there. I like the idea that it has different styles butterfly, mouse, star, just a light and a happy face.

Great weekly deals. Most reasonable price for propane tank refills. Service was quick and the BEST PRICE! Compared to Uhaul propane refill and trade in refill costs. I refilled my 20lb propane tank that I used to trade in at Walmart and once at Publix. Cost at Tractor Supply was only $12.00. Also consider when you trade in your tank which are popular at Walmart they are NOT filled all the way. A 20lb propane tanke weighs approximately 5 lbs empty and 20lbs full. The capacity of liquid propane which is pressurized makes the tank weigh 20lbs. The 20lb tank can take 4.50 gallons (.50 of a gallon is left for pressure). The trade-in deals only fill their tanks to 3.50 gallons of propane and cost between $14.95 to $21.95. The Tracor Supply Company fills by wieghing the tanks before and during the fill and fill to capacity 4.5 gallons. The Tractor Supply offers convenient propane refills, curbside service with the BEST PRICE.

Unhelpful rude staff. Went in for a power washer and was told they sold everyone the day before. Ummm ok what do you only keep 1 in stock? When it is a sales item and the sale just began I didn’t know if it was just to get you in the door but we shopped around while we were there. Selection on many other item was nonexistent. Won’t return.
