I cannot express how amazing Caliber is... You can’t even tell I was ever rear-ended! The work that was done is amazing! Also, they have the best staff I’ve ever dealt with regarding any car “business” whatsoever! (I’ve been to a Carmax, and many Toyotas over the years and NONE of them even come close to the service and professionalism as Caliber.) They are amazing! They even had my car finished earlier than expected!... I can’t stress how amazing they are!

They have excellent communication skills, telling you exactly what needed to be done to repair the car and when it would be done. When the car was finished it looked as good as new, workmanship was excellent.

Could not tell where my car was hit

Husband and I chose this body shop from the list our insurance company gave us after a rear end collision repair was needed on our Trailblazer. Absolutely the best experience! The prices were reasonable for the repair, the workmanship proved to be superb, and the professionalism demonstrated by the owner, Jerry and his service advisor, Jessica was top notch. Our car came back looking brand new; the whole car looks brand new inside and out! Thank you to the entire staff at Abra Auto Body in Zion for a job well done :)

We were sent there through insurance. We thought they would be good because of there high ratings, but we just received the car and it has scratches around the fender and a a dent/scratch under the tail light. Both the scratches and the dent were not there before. To make matters worse, when we picked up the car no one went to show us what had been done to the car, we just felt like they didn’t care.*Update-They reached out to us and wanted to fix everything that we had a problem. They were able to deliver great customer service the second time around and I do appreciate that they seeked out the problem and corrected it

Over time, I have had repair service done here four times. I wont go anywhere else. Very helpful people. They took care of negotiations with the insurance company (it was much needed) and went above and beyond with the work. More than expected. I have referred other people to this shop and they have been satisfied, as well.

Abra wanted quoted me me about 3 times as much for my broken rear window as any other used glass replacement in town.They also recommended id auto in Gurnee for an electrical issue. Id auto was great, for 30 minutes of my time. They only charged me $20. It was a minor electrical issue.My electrical is was a fuse. I had checked my fuses but I still missed what exactly was wrong. Id auto was very busy, but because it was raining and my power windows and wipers didnt work. Id auto bumped me up the list and got me out on the road.

They were helpful and very nice did a great job with my car .thumb up.

I recently had my car in to Abra in Zion, probably on the verge of being totaled, and they did fantastic work to make it look truly like-new. Jessica at the front desk and Jerry in the shop were friendly, helpful, and reliably communicated updates. Thank you!
