Took them over 3 hours to change 4 tires and so a standard oil change. Also the price of the oil change online did not match the in store price and they refused to honor the lower price. Just didnt care. Next time I will go to Costco for the tires and somewhere else for the oil change. They also left greasy handprints on the outside of the drivers side door frame, the plastic molding where its hard to remove greasy or wax from.

I was super impressed with my service today to get a tire repaired. Very helpful team of caring employees. I was not expecting it but I realized that its the people that make the difference in the experience.

The store is terrible. The management is terrible. It took them a half hour to unlock the doors to the auto care center. And then we were lied to. We were told they knew we were out there and then they told us they didnt know we were out there. Awful management. Awful customer service.

Went to get 2 new tires. Was asked to come back in the a.m. When I left, both tire bays were empty.

They do basic maintenance. Oil change, tires, filters. Prices are great but expect to wait

I bought some tires a lot cheaper than I could get them anywhere else. I told him I was in a hurry immediately got my tires on I got me on my way. I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt service. And the nice girl that waited on me. Just got out of the hospital and wasnt feeling good but yet had a smile on her face.

If I could I will give zero stars I would, they mess up my car oil plug and my wife oil plug and crack the oil pan the same day.how is that even possible,(Spoiler Alert) Walmart did. they have the wrong people working on cars,People not mechanics because it’s no mechanics working there.Stay away from here if you want your car to be safe and not damage.

Would give them a zero dropped of for an oil change and that went all fine and dandy but come to find out one of their mechanics went through my stuff i.e my glove box, center console even the sides of my doors. Went to complain but apparently its all he said she said.

If i could i like to give ziro. I dropped my car early morning for oil change and tires rotation, i dont like to post her name but i am going to, her name is yolanda, she has bad altitude, i had complained about her (with manager ) i think as she known so whenever i go there she make me to wait longer, she doesnt know how to talk to customers. Wait for 2 hours to get oil change and tire rotation. Bad experience.

2 hours and 40 minutes later and still waiting for them to finish an oil change and tire rotation. First they couldn’t remove the oil filter, apparently they didn’t have the correct wrench? I drive a 2012 Prius. After all that, they still couldn’t figure out resetting the oil change warning light. On the bright side, the guy at the counter, Marzell, was great.

Worst! Worst experience ever! Wait time 4hrs for one tire change with empty shop?! If there would be something lower than 1 star they would get it right away.
