The manager was rude and acted as if I was annoying him with my questions. He never answered any of my questions, shewed me away to take care of the next customer like I was less important

Jiffy lube n Zion, IL have really good guys working there treat me n other customer with respect n they take care there customer very well. Answer questions when you ask them. Great job Guys n keep up good work u doing. Thank you 👍👍👍

I went to this place for a ride share inspection. In my opinion they look for reasons to fail your vehicle and charge you extra. An example said wiper blades were no good even though I changed them out two weeks ago. Wanted to charge me over $40 for a pair of wiper blades in order to pass me. Avoid this place if youre trying to get an Uber inspection. There are many other more reputable businesses in the Lake County area that will simply inspect and either pass or fail not try to rip you off.

They added freon to my ac, much better now! Mike themechanic was supee helpful!

Went to Walmart waited an hour, was told they couldn’t unscrew the drain plug. Here they took half the the time and where very nice and professional. I recommend it.

Great customer service! The whole team went above and beyond when my car battery decided to completely die after my oil change. One of the team members even walked across the street with me to buy a new battery and carried it back for me. Even though they were busy, they took the time to put the new battery in. I’m still so grateful for everything they did to get my car on the road again.

Went to get a oil change before the due date on the sticker. The staff informed me that the last jiffy lube put the wrong oil in and they we’re going to put the correct one in. My car ran perfectly fine until I left jiffy lube the car started fine when I was there sounded good and everything. Got to my house about a half a mile away and the car started makin a loud banging noise and now won’t turn on. Tried to leave messages last night cause they were closed and have yet to get a call back. Tried calling today and only get a busy signal. Hopefully this gets fixed.

My daughter had a good experience with her first oil change on her new car. I must say they were very professional and knowledgeable about their services.

These gentlemen changed my headlights for me due to my car being built to where the average person cannot do it. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

I went in for an oil change and was denied service because I quote,” two of the edges on the drain plug were stripped.” And so they denied service for liability reasons. I went to Honda of Kenosha which is the last place I did an oil change and we checked the drain plug and it was not stripped or damaged. Photos down below. I called them back to ask why they refused to service and the manager kept changing his story. They just seem lazy and didn’t want to do work. Or I can’t think of why I was turned away.

Not a great experience. I had visited a few times previously with no issues. Today, however, we were informed that due to the fact that their equipment needed for our oil change needed servicing our option for would require that we pay for the higher priced service or purchase our own oil and filter then return to have them perform the service at a discounted price of $5. When asked why we would need to pay for the higher price for an issue not of our making we were told it is their policy.I understand policy but i also know customer service and that didnt sit well with me. We left. I hold ne real animosity towards the organization but it is doubtful I will ever return.

Under new ownership with very poor management. Arrived at 9:05 and the manager was strolling in after I arrived. Wish I still worked for the corporate office, would definitely report the overall poor performance. The lube tech was more concerned about the overall experience more so than the manager. They also refused to honor a $10 company site coupon because of private owner. Will definitely NOT be returning to this location ever again.

$85 for an oil change? I guess new owners means Price went up again. And then they refused the coupons they emailed me last time I got service, and any I could find on line. They have signs in lobby that you dont see until after service about how they refused must coupons. WONT be back.

This is my 2nd or 3rd visit at this Jiffy Lube for my Nissan Rogue. I can honestly say everytime Ive come to this location the service as been superb 👌. The members have been professional, courteous, and helpful. Great rates and definitely strive for customer satisfaction. Wait times are generally short for me concerning tire rotation and oil. Check them out if you need service they are really helpful.

Under-staffed and very slow. 2.5 hours with one car waiting outside ahead of me when I arrived. If not for a narrow window to get the oil change, I would have gone elsewhere. I wont go back.

Just stopped in this location. Its right across the street from me. I met the new manager Natalie. Ive done business here I the past. Im impressed by Natalie. She completely understood my rush getting home after hearing of my 10 hours at work on a Monday. She gave me her card and me to call her after I got home to have her get all my info. As I called she was already under my hood herself checking all my fluids filters etc. Can you believe it? I felt like I was under the hood with her at this point. Thank you Natalie and team for the awesome experience!!!

Good service. Keith the manager is friendly and pleasant. I have been here in the past and they treat you right. Faster than going to the dealer. Prices are a little on the high side, but with a coupon not too bad. Nice that they clean the windows, vacuum, check your tire pressure and filters.

Apparently there is a new manager and she refused to change my oil because I told her I didnt need the synthetic my owners manual recommends to maintain the warranty. My car has a lot of miles and is way past warranty anyway. I would have maybe tried to explain this to her but she was mean and rude and seemed to be one of those managers that are on a power trip so I didnt waste my time. Maybe Ill go back sometime and ask for her direct supervisor so she can explain why she is turning away business.

Got an oil change on my 1 year old car here. They did not put the skid plate back on right (confirmed with other jiffy lube) resulting in significant damage to our otherwise pristine condition car. They repeatedly refused to put it back on right, even claiming our car was probably already damaged (again 1 year old car) then after a Waukegan store manager contacted them for us saying it was definitely damaged by them they briefly agreed to fix it before immediately flipping the script as soon as we showed up, claiming there’s no way it was their fault after agreeing to the damages an hour prior. This is absolutely absurd. Don’t go to this location.

They were so knowledgeable about what was best for my suv and anytime i come they give me and my children royal services and great discounts. Thank you guys at our Zion, Illinois location

I went here today for an oil change. Unimpressed with this place and service. I explained that my car had several grease fittings on the front suspension as parts have been replace due to wear and mileage. The only thing that appears to have been greased was the lower ball joints and outer tie rod ends, missed the sway bar links completely. Also, they checked off that the car had been vacuumed, it was not vacuumed. I will not be going back there ever again. Very expensive too.

I called ahead on Friday because I won a gift certificate ... they said that they would honor the gift certificate for free tire rotation and oil change for the oil that my vehicle needed ..my vehicle was brought in on Saturday(today) I had to pay $26 for my oil change got no tire rotation and they did a horrible job cleaning the windows I would NOT recommend this place to anybody.. I am highly disappointed and I went based on the reviews that were already on their page total bogus!!!! I am also notifying the place that I won the certificate from so they will not pay for the tire rotation...

The employees were all excellent and even though we were not allowed to get out of our vehicle during the service they were still very attentive. I was even offered a military discount for being a military mother which was very unexpected!!

Never ever ever take ur car here . They stripped out my threads on my oil pan . Now I need $ 1,000 worth a work . Who even has that kind of money to dish out these days . They never even mention my threads were falling out . Mechanic said looks like they just stuffed the threads back in . I feel they will hire anyone off the streets. Something needs to be done about it or I’m gonna have to talk with city of Zion And the BBB

Rude manager! Told my mom she didnt even want to talk to her because there are 2 cars in front of her, (with a bad attitude), even though the man was working on her vehicle. My mom just wanted to make sure that didnt charge her for something she didnt want. Horrible customer service!!!!

Never, ever, go here! Trust me! They always seem to try to upcharge a simple service. Not to mention, their multi-point check is fraudulent. I went in there for an oil change. They told me everything was good, 2 days later im on the side of the road with a crack seak/gasket and a damaged oil line. How do you miss that?! Thus, the reason you should never go here!
