Good once for goods an such

Its obvious that they are busy all the time, but where are shift supervisors. Its gotten so regular to staff, that an in store greeting sounds fake. Insincere at sometimes because its busy, repetitive and not every customer is nice to them. They dont enjoy there job it seems. Heros work there, they must have had a bad day today...

Didnt have the meds in stock, had to wait 3 days .

Beware of this locations pharmacy. 2 separate occasions where Controlled Substances refills were short for my grandmother.Make sure you count them at the pharmacy before you leave.They know you won’t report them as customers need these for ADHD, anxiety, severe pain from cancer and other issues these meds help with and they do not want to be flagged from getting their refills.

Always clean and organized. Make sure you get a card so you can take advantage of those savings. The beauty enthusiast system is great, how I get to get 5-20$ off some visits. Nice surprise!

Good place

Dont try to call the pharmacy you just get the runaround snickering girl on phone after being redirected to nowhere then getting cut off. Call back only to have it happen again. There is a recall on medications i take recieved letter and want answers but nothing.

I never have a problem here...ataff very nice, friendly and helpful.

Always get my meds rite, prices are high in store for vitamins and things but good to have Walgreens close by.

I have gone to that location a couple of times and I cant remember the ladies name that works at the front counter but she has worn a few hats like a m&m box and is the most amazing person that has ever worked a register. she is friendly and funny. just a joy to s=

I enjoy shopping at Walgreens in Zion. They have terrific sales and extremely helpful staff who go out of their way to assist you. Especially the lady that works the cosmetics counter. She has saved me money by always checking coupons for me just in case I might have missed one. I have just one complaint. There is a checker who works the front register who is loud, sings in a high pitched voice and yells all the way across the store at people. She always peddles candy (brands are prominately displayed on her hat) and asks if you want to buy some whenever you check out. Yesterday she came barreling down the aisle behind my grandson and me singing at the top of her lungs to the photo shop counter person about how much she loved him. I was so startled by her noisy singing I must have jumped 2 feet in the air. My grandson asked if something is wrong with her. This was not an isolated incident; it has happened before when I have been in the store; making a fool of herself by acting in a most profoundly unprofessional manner. Some people find her amusing - I do not. There is a fine line between friendly, helpful and caring customer service and being totally obnoxious. She is the latter. I suppose as long as most people enjoy her antics she will continue to be employed by Walgreens. She is fortunate that I am not her supervisor - she would either tone it way down or be out of a job. Why her supervisor puts up with her behavior is beyond me. However, as I said, on the upside most of the staff is wonderful, including the pharmacy, and I will continue to shop Walgreens in spite of this one checkers unprofessional behavior.

The staff here is extra friendly, and always willing to help you. They really go out of their way to assist in any way they can.

I was asked by my neighbor to pick up her prescription. I was in and out in under 5 minutes and her express pay made it very simple!

I went through the drive thru and they were so low. I couldn’t believe it. OMG!!

Prices are very high. Shopping for fiber capsules, at Walgreens the cost was 21.99 for the store brand, same item at Wal-Mart was under 5.00. Shocking markups !

If you occupy the pharmacy, I recommend that if you speak only Spanish that you do not order by phone, since the machine does not do them correctly. Go directly to the pharmacy. This service is bad. I already saw other comments and definitely not talking on the phone there is no good service.
