I frequently shop at the Zion Ace Hardware & Rental. The staff at this location is by far the most knowledgeable team I have met. Their knowledge far surpasses that of the Big Box stores (Menards, HomeDept)!!! It is always a pleasure to shop here. I would like to give a special thanks to Nate. It was great to go to Ace Hardware. They definitely fulfilled their slogan. I needed parts for a 55 year old toilet, and they had the exact parts I was looking for.

Nice little store, prices a little high but not too bad

I had come in a few days prior and requested an order for a custom laser key to be made for my Chevy SUV.When I came to pick up my order Dennis and Nate assisted me in the programing process. Both parties were attentive and respectful while servicing me; making sure all my needs were met.Even while browsing isles, I was asked by multiple other employees if I needed assistance in finding anything else.Highly recommend this Ace Hardware if youre looking for quality service!

This is not my first time experiencing this type of attitude with this store. They never want to help me. I stud in isle 17 for 20 minutes. A associate walked back and forth to see if I was still there for assistance but never came to help! I had to find another associate who was RUDE, lied about cutting what I need to be cut which I knew that they did cause the charge is between 40-50 bucks. And low and behold the store manager is right behind the counter, heard everything and didn’t come over to defuse the situation!!! I Will never return to this location.

There is currently an indoor mask mandate. This location is not enforcing that mask requirement of customers, as well, some employees are not wearing masks (2 of 4 I witnessed). Really wish people would care more for the health of others.

I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to this location. The reason is because the customer service is outstanding! Every employee acknowledges customers, offers assistance and go above and beyond. I want to give a shout out to 3 employees...Jenny, Jesse and Nate...especially if your needs are paint. If you are ever in need of anything from a hardware store...this is the place!

Brought snowblower here to get fixed because engine wont start. This Ace is great because they repaired it onsite instead of shipping it to another store. $50 repair was worth it so I didnt have to try and fiddle with it.

They have knowledgeable staff and the always try to find the least expensive solution to your problem.

Ace is the place... parking is in rear.

I came over from the nearby bike shop for some hardware for my bike. An overweight Karen at the front told me not so politely that I couldnt have my bike in the store and to get out. My bike is considerably smaller than a shopping cart, but that didnt seem to matter. They dont have any place up lock bikes up anyway. I dont need this. I pedaled a few miles over to the ace on Lewis where they are much more helpful and accommodating.

Clean,good its clean it has very reasonable prices is always someone there to help you add very safe area to go shopping at and the people are so nice and kind and they do cuz the social distance and I do feel good shopping there

In response to an earlier post from me today I am updating my post regarding my instore experience earlier today. I contacted Ace Hardware corporate regarding an inappropriate conversation I heard this morning between store employees discussing COVID exposure. Corporate was very responsive and the store manager as well has reached out to discuss with me if I want. The situation is resolved to my satisfaction the store is aware and addressed my concern. I would give Aces response 5 stars for immediately addressing the issues,

Good service but small selection

I didnt feel safe due to employees not wearing face coverings or face coverings showing noses and part of mouths. Check out cashiers were borderline rude.

These guys here will help you in all your needs... They always have plenty of worker around the floor always asking to help out and that is a win compared to other big chains like HD... The prices could be scary in some items but they always have some good deals going on there...Need a screw they more likely have it... They carry with lots of options and much more!

I used Ace Hardware to rent chairs for a party. The staff was friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. The chairs were in great condition and were available when I got there. The staff helped me load them into my vehicle and unload them upon return. I also love that Ace is local and I didnt have to travel far. Ace will continue to be my go to for party rentals.

Always super helpful, dont know what you are doing? dont worry they always seem to have someone there who knows what end of a hammer to use had how to use it. I joke but the people there are pretty well informed and know there stuff and the store is small but easy to get around so even if you didnt have someone great you at the door and help you its pretty easy to find what you need.

Hands down best employees ever. My friend and I went in for some caulking materials for his bath tub. Every employee we encountered had tons of knowledge on locations of materials and they even held great casual conversation. I decided to pick up some more things while I was there and all the employees were extremely helpful gave my creative mind some ideas for home projects showed me the tools needed to get the job done and gave me their personal experiences using said products. And the even showed me where to get local brand tools to support local American business. Im reinvigorated to get back on the home improvement kick and ready to work.

They have a lot of different small hardware for reasonable prices but the larger items are a little over priced. The ace staff is also very helpful finding what you need. I definitely shop here when I need something smaller but shop for tools elsewhere.

A friendly helpful staff can go a long way to provide you with the best experience possible. Well the stuff here was very helpful and mostly friendly there was still a distinct standoffishness that I dont quite understand.I would never suggest going to Ace Hardware for their low prices I think I pay more there then going to any other store available. Its more a convenience thing stop at Ace as a location is closed to home. They had exactly what I needed to fix my sink and I needed it right now so win.The parking at this location is more than just confusing I think they make it that way on purpose parking anywhere in Zion always seems to be a problem.

I have always been able to rely on our localAce for its wide selection & good friendly customer service. I bought my lawn mower here, its still running well. I also got a good lawn seed/fertilizer deal.

This was a favorite Zion store of mine and had been for many years. It had a friendly staff and very knowledgeable to any need. Was always willing to help. But not anymore. The staff is rude, lazy, and one particular cashier is always extremely rude and sarcastic. . Is it fair to say get a life. Today as of Dec 3rd, two stars were removed giving this store a one star review. This management should teach its younger employees not to make crude comments about their customers. This definately isnt an Ace with friendly people place. Its official, I will conduct all my Ace shopping at the Yorkhouse Ace. This Ace👎🤮. But it was an awesome store.

This location is always great. Its nice to go into a business and the employees have good understanding of what they sale and how to apply tips to most if not all of DIY projects. They are very knowledgeable. Ace proves to be a Jack of all trades and master of some when it comes to anything that improves QoL for the home. I didnt give a 5* for being critical because they dont have everything you need on demand! But other than that, they are great!

Very quiet quaint old fashioned hardware store feel

I went in for a specific cut/size of plexiglass. I was given a whole uncut sheet similar to my measurements. When I asked if I could return it, I was told NO. Needless to say, I did not make the purchase. It wasnt what I asked for nor was the service amenable. I was told I would be told the pricing beforehand that did not happen either.

Yeah Ace is pretty decent I can go there get my whatever I need to repair my apartment some of that stuff I used to do other Hobbies with so yeah Im good with a song Im really have no problem there I can always go there and get whatever I need so that really truly helps me out Ive been going shopping at Ace for over 10 years now and still consistent so thats the plus side about Ace Hardware

Ace is the place your friendly hardware store. A knowledgeable staff thats always willing to help you. Their prices are a little more than Menards but theyre closer and you get a better hands on service I use both. But Ace is closer and I like to shop in town

The best if they ever close, I will move, but they need to stop having expiration dates on coupons.

Living in Zion this place is great. Always very helpful, informative and almost always have what I need to get the job done. I also rented tools and equipment with no problems. I will admit I go up to K-town when I have a lot to buy and think I can save money. But when I just need a few items, need it right now, or being dumb forgot something on my list. This is the place. Plus it saves me gas money!
