Great place! Marcos a great employee very humble and helpful. Only down side is that homeless people like to hang out by the door at nights. So it gets a little creepy at nights, but other than that its a good place.

My family has had a great experience with Extra Space. Ive used storage for years and they make it easy to get get started with them. Went on line to get the unit needed which was easy and if needed the staff will guide you to your unit. The staff are really nice and keep the place clean. I plan on using the place for awhile and highly recommend them.

Signing up has always been quick and easy and signing the forms was fast even on my phone. The service has always been excellent when I get there. All of the staff have been AMAZING in their approach to customer service which is fantastic... ZERO complaints

Moving is a very stressful time for most people. I was so happy I found the storage place. Marcos is an excellent manager. He made the process very smooth for me. The building is secure and climate control so that takes a lot of worry off my mind. I would recommend this facility. Prices for rentals are excellent also!

Marco is so accommodating and thoughtful, he made the experience so fast and easy. He went out of his way to give me his complete attention. The establishment is extremely well kept, has a car port so you can unload your stuff inside, and the locks provided are extremely safe. The space is clean and well kept. The onsite staff very friendly, and helpful. You can drive your moving truck or car right into the facility, which makes moving bigger items easier. So far, it has been a pleasant experience.

I am extremely grateful for Extra Space storage in Zion IL. Marco is simply the best! I was on medical leave from work and not receiving income. I communicated with him and he worked with me as much as he could! I got to the point where my belongings should have been auctioned off. I promised him a date to pay and my paycheck wasn’t what I thought it was supposed to be! Marco made sure that he did all that he would to assist until I could make my payment in full or until he would have had his back against the wall. I have very precious items that belong to my children and would have been devastated. I remember back in November when I first gained access to my unit. Marco was very welcoming, gave me a tour so that I had access at every entry way and even offered to help put my belongings in storage if needed. The location is very clean. Great service both in getting me set up and getting me checked. The procedure to rent the space was straight forward thanks to patience and hard work of the staff. I was able to see the storage unit with the staff to help ensure the best decision for me.

Sue was very kind and helpful. She showed me the entrance point that is closest to access my unit and how to use the key. She also showed me which key pads were for each door and assisted me in confirming that my key pad code was up and running. The facility was clean and quiet as well. This is my first time renting a storage unit and it was a great experience.

This is a massive facility that used to be a K-Mart. This five-star review starts with the front desk manager, who I think it named Marco. He was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, from origination to customer service at the sight. When we first brought our stuff to the unit, he actually recognized our voice and ushered us right in!

Marco at the Zion location gave us excellent customer service. Everything was handled accordingly and the facility is very clean. Highly recommended!

Called this place the day of my move. I talked to Marco at the office. He helped me find the unit size i needed and had all the paperwork ready for me to sign all before he was set to leave for home that night. The staff in office and over the phone are excellent and really know their jobs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Surprising the Extra Space Storage in Zion is much more and here is why, Marco Zavala! Not that I would have remembered any of the names of the different employees who assisted me when I rented my storage units back in 2020. Why would I, the process is pretty much hands free, you reserve online, make one office visit which is 10 minutes to get sign for the units and get the locks and PIN for the doors, payments can be set up on auto pay and check out is a simple call. However despite how streamlined a process there is always something that comes up. Without boring you with the details I will offer this insight. The level of professionalism, communication and genuine care of customers is why Marco Zavala is mentioned in this post. To remember a customers name, provides unwavering support and attention are characteristics that you dont come across very often in this business nor many others. Sure its just a storage facility but worth mentioning these are your belongings which you are entrusting others to look over, whether its items you dont have room for at home, the possessions of family member who away, a deployed military members entire household or memories. You get the idea. In my opinion its worth knowing the person who is looking over your storage units and even better when that person knows you. T

Sue was Beyond helpful and very personable! I was completely stressed out before walking through the doors, but she made me feel completely at ease. This storage facility is clean, well lit, safe, secure, and easy to access for tenants. We had to store everything we own while we were in the process of relocating from Maryland to Zion IL. Extra Space Storage made our relocation as smooth and easy as possible. They made a VERY stressful move so much easier. If we ever need storage space again, this company will be my first call!
