I started dropping by the shop about 3 years ago when I moved back to Indy. Immediately, I noticed that the owner, Bill Carr, and his team are extremely friendly, very professional, and simply one of the best motorcycle shops Ive ever been to. Ray and Matt are awesome on the service side, as well as the rest of their team. They are very punctual, always call and email to ensure I have all the information, and have gone as far as to gather information for me regarding anything they dont directly support.Ive enjoyed my time with these guys so much that Ive stopped taking my bikes to their corresponding dealerships, and do all my maintenance through them. I cant say enough about Carr Moto and their staff. This is my go to location for anything and everything motorcycle related.

The service was top notch. We took a demo ride an ultimately chose not to make a purchase (the bike wasnt a fit) the salesman was a true bike enthusiast and really showed me what the bike was all about. If I were to buy a Ducati I would not hesitate for a second to buy one from these guys

It is a pleasure to watch the mechanic there work on the bike. Super attention to details. I understand why there is a waiting time to get on their schedule. For me that is exactly what I look for. It is so easy to miss a small detail, and on a bike this could be very costly. I really appreciate that he is so meticulous. By the way I was not supposed to be back in their work area, they escorted me to watch my bike on the dyno, so I briefly witnessed him work on a bike and was impressed.

Heavily involved in the local motorcycling community, they host owners club events as well as public trackdays at the local circuit. They are all riders as well, and happy to discuss adventures at the track or off the beaten path. Highly recommended.

The owner bill and his staff are an amazing team that always looks after their customers and are very welcoming to total strangers as well. I have rarely ever been as genuinely welcomed into a business as I have at Indianapolis Ducati. They go out of their way to treat my wife and her motorcycle with the utmost respect. Most other motorcycle shops we have been into have rarely looked at as a rider instead of a female. Their service staff has been wonderful especially John who has been in the industry a while and is super friendly!

Had a stellar experience at Indy Ducati! I purchased my bike from them in ‘15 and since have converted it to a race dedicated bike. When time came for major service, knowing that Matt and many in his crew race their own bikes it was a no brainer to bring it to them. Ray was super helpful in helping with the service estimate and keeping me in the loop with the progress. Matt and Tracy provided me with numerous pointers and tips as I adjust to my new suspension settings. Super knowledgeable staff and great service!

Contacted Ducati of Indy as I had picked up a screw in my tire. I was concerned if theyd help me out as I own a Triumph Street Triple RS and Matt had no concerns about taking care of me. He was able to squeeze me in same day to replace my tire and the prices were amazing!I cant speak highly enough of Matt and his crew for being polite and honest. Highly recommend!

The guys at ducati indianapolis in my personal opinion were not as knowledgeable as you would hope professionals would be. They first started to be helpful. But when learned I could not bring my motorcycle to them and they could not make money on it, and all I was looking for was a few answers to simple questions, they no longer wanted to help. Not to mention their very stupid outlook on covid19, and how to do business during said pandemic. Overall just disappointed, I thought higher of them.

Friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. As soon as I walked in the door, these guys made me feel right at home. I talked about the upcoming Scrambler with Don, talked parts with Tommy, and lusted over some beautiful used bikes. Walked out with a lighter wallet, but I loved it. These guys made me feel welcome and treated me as if I was a part of the family. I believe they would have treated me this way even if I had decided to leave my wallet at home. I even spent a good half hour having a conversation with one of the owners. They are a group of great guys, and you can tell they are passionate about the brand. I would drive 5 hours to buy a bike from these guys in a heartbeat.

I’ve been a happy patron of Indy Ducati since they opened years ago. The staff has changed over this time, as happens, but the level of care has a persisted. Service has always been a strong point for me and this is all too often been missing at other motoshops. Kudos to Bill and Matt for ensuring that all facets of the customer experience are top notch.

I can always appreciate great service and here youll get just that! Cameron and the service staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. My bike was pretty far off on some engine work, they got it all figured out and helped me out a lot on the service charge! It was my first time coming here, but Ill definitely be back for all my motorcycle needs.

I first contacted these guys about 2 months ago in regards to demo riding the Diavel 1260S. From the start, Keith handled all my inquiries. Hes very polite and professional. The particular model I was interested in wasnt currently available to demo at the time, so he said hed contact me when one came in. Ill be perfectly honest here. I didnt think Id ever hear back from him. Ive had this issue before with other dealers. Several weeks went by and all of a sudden, he sent me an email informing me that they would be getting that model in within a week or so if I was still interested in trying it out. He then sent me another email about 2 weeks later when it finally arrived. I stayed in contact with him for several weeks after that trying to find a time to demo ride it. I finally got to try it out this past weekend. Keith is the one who guided me on the demo ride. We both had Sena bluetooth headsets, so we were able to carry on a conversation the entire ride. He was super patient with me, since I was not familiar with the bike, and very relaxed. Also, the owner of the dealership let me wear his personal motorcycle jacket for the demo ride since I didnt have one of my own. Those guys are super cool and didnt pressure me to buy the bike like most dealerships would do. Whenever the time comes for me to purchase the bike, I wont hesitate to buy from those guys. Id recommend them to anyone. Great guys and great customer service. I was completely impressed. Well done, guys.

A fellow poster on a Ducati forum pointed me to Ducati of Indy. I needed annual service done and a couple of warranty items fixed, plus I wanted to get some upgrades done (fuel management, exhaust, hi-flow air filter, quick shifter). I had given up continuing to use the 3 Ducati dealers all within 30 miles of me.So I packed my xDiavel into the trailer and made the 3 hour drive to Zionsville, IN. Due to the time required to get everything done, and worked into their busy summer schedule, plus waiting on the exhaust and warranty parts to arrive, my bike was at the dealership for several weeks.Bottom line: this is the BEST dealership I have ever worked with for any type of vehicle. The folks I met and dealt with, Ray, John, Bill, and Justin are just the best. Their communication with me during the entire process was second to none. When they said they would call at a certain time on a certain day with updates, they did. Who does that in this day and age? it seems like a small thing, but its a level of service that has not been around in years.When I visited the dealership, it was obvious that its a small (single manufacturer) family organization: very laid back and welcoming folks.Based on my experience with other dealers, I assumed when I got the bike back, there would be something wrong, and that I would have some type of warning light(s) as I have in the past. Not so. I have put about 200 miles on the bike since the service and upgrades, and it is simply perfect. The bike has noticeably more power, and there are no longer any dead spots at certain RPMs/throttle positions. Exactly what I was wanting.When I picked up the bike, they were very attentive to ensure that everything was exactly as I expected. Even though they had full confidence that the bike was ready to go, they encouraged me to ride it while in Indy to make sure all was good before I left.Yes, its a 3 hour drive each way, but the time investment is well worth it to me, in order to get this level of service for a bike brand that can be a little persnickity to deal with. I cant recommend Ducati of Indianapolis highly enough!

Gave them a call to get a quote for some service. Looking at a used bike and wanted an idea of how much something would be. The gentleman on the phone was extremely pleasant to talk with. Explained some thing and gave me a reasonable quote and told me what I could expect if something wasnt right with the bike. We talked for a bit about Ducatis, cars etc. Said if I can get some more info from the seller he can see what service its had so I know what Im getting into, what service its had etc. Extremely pleased with that conversation. Went above and beyond what Ive experienced from car dealerships. If I end up getting the bike Ill be heading here for service.

The baddest customer service in my life, i bought a brand new Kawasaki that they change the rear tire and they forgot the safety cotter pin and when back instead to apologize or recognize that they juste kiked me out of the store.so I went to auto parts just near by bought pin cotter for 2$ and replace it.Other things when you ask pricing or estimate on the phone you will be surprise how overcharged when you arrive.I will never put my feet in this store again..

Great experience just bought a monster 821 and they made very easy for me.

Long story short if you dont own a Ducati dont waste your time. I had my cycle fixed last year and am experiencing the same problem this year. It wasnt the warranty being expired that bothered me it was the fact they dont do the job right the first time or I wouldnt have experienced this issue and they talked to me on the phone so nonchalant about the issue... Its a major oil leak. Its big to me, the once forever customer.
