I went here yesterday and let me tell you.. Usually I go to lowes and I can never find an associate to help me and Im lost and cant find what I need.. But right when I walked in I had someone walk right up to me and ask if I needed help. When she wasnt sure where these filters were for my furnace (it was a built in one), she asked someone else, and when they didnt know, they told me an isle and right when I got there, another associate helped me and then he helped me find everything that was on my list. And led me to every isle until I had everything I needed. Didnt leave me hanging and told me exactly what I needed to do. It was the best experience Ive had! Thank you Home Depot for getting me everything I needed and more and making it so that I can do it on my own with things I wouldnt even think of to look for or find in your giant store but your help was greatly appreciated.

Location is following all covid safety protocols. Great location, very busy, but staff are friendly and helpful. Location is clean and well-lit, as is the parking lot.

Home Depot used to be 100% spot on with selection and especially with customer service. Selection - I know COVID kind of messed all that up. We can not hold that against any retailer these days. I was there about two weeks back (the ABQ Eubank store) at the customer service desk and there was a young girl that was really unpleasant. I was trying to get some assistance with shelves and she came off as if it was so inconvenient for her to assist me. Over all Home Depot customer service is still great (they are a bit shorthanded - again COVID).

Always find what I need. And the plants are always in pretty good shape.

My family ordered a new LG slim washer & dryer. It was ordered from a salesperson named Tina. She made a mistake and filled out the form incorrectly: she used my old street address, that was in the system (she neglected to change) and the new city & zip code from our new house. I was ordering the pair because we bought a new house w/o the appliances. Stephanie, the only manager who can correct an address as she put it to me over the phone, was very rude and threatened to cancel the order, when I told her that it was an address correction, not an address change. Home Depot uses Abq Movers and even though they still have availability, according to Lexy, who wants to get our appliances today, we have to wait for Home Depot’s computer system to work it all out. There is no telling when our new washer & dryer might arrive.

We Love that Home Depot is our neighborhood store for getting our home projects done! We just created an automatic watering system for our tomato contianers, and it was really easy with all the Dig brand drip irrigation products. We used a battery operated timer attached to our hose bibb. Then added a pressure regulator, and 1/2 tubing to our whisky barrels. Then added 1/4 tubing and added soaker hose rings for each barrel. It was really easy once we got started. We used 1/2 tubing for the herb garden with little bubblers. It was so much fun, to do that we are planning an automated irrigation system for our raised beds! We have water walls on the tomatoes since it is early in the season.

The customer service is not very nice. I went to return something and I lost my reciept and they wouldnt let me return it because they said it was stolen and they have done that to a couple of people I know. They just look at everyone like there thiefs when there not. Other then that I got some beautiful flowers from there and at a really good price.

They mostly have the things I need. Some departments need attention. Especially the sections with bolts and single wrenches. The HD app for this store could be updated regularly. Maybe it has hopefully. Great app though!

Ordered My wood burning pellets from Home depot because they carry the Good Brand called Heaters. I called first and was there 20mins later. I paid and was loaded up in less than 10 minutes. Fast and easy. Not like Lowes on Juan Tabo that is much closer to me. Lowes had a rude front end cashier that wanted to argue with me about that pellets are pellets and they are all the same price. I buy a pallet a month and usually get contractor price if they have quality woodburning pellets. Past 2 years Lowes has been getting junk product and their customer service has nosedived. Save yourself the hassle just go to Home depot Better price and much better product without the rude hassles.

Did a online order for a freezer for curb pickup today. It was ready in the promised time (under 2 hours) and when we got there it took them less than 10 min to bring it out and help us put it in our minivan (and the woman who brought it was clever enough to put it on a tall rolling cart so it was easy to load). Kudos.

A giant chain lumber yard they usually has what I need. but then I think of how the only Lowes Chase got all the other small lumber yards he used to be around here including Bluet umberplus you have to check if you buy something in a package of stuff to make sure I hadnt been open for quality control controls that we say . can you get back to where youre going and if shell be a hundred or so in the package and theres only like 70 whoever the fees are theyre very good cant even tell the box has been open. plus I dont think the lumber yard to sell washer dryers and stuff like that paper towels anyway thats just my opinion theyre not appliance dealerships or lumber yard

Home Depot has everything a person needs to build, rebuild, or upgrade their house, apartment, or business. The main obstacle is being able to find it or even somebody that knows where things are located.I also noticed items on the web page doesnt always match up to whats in the store in price and description.The employees are always friendly and helpful.It is also very easy to return an item if you need to.

Home Depot is a mans Toys R Us. I like going and just walking up and down the aisles and seeing whats new. You can always count on a friendly face and someone to help or guide you if you need it. I give this Home Depot 5 stars. Good job Home Depot.

Mechanical Control Solutions is a JOKE. If youre even considering using this company for any of your air-conditioning needs, RUN!!! * This company doesnt want to work! We purchased an air-conditioner from Home Depot online and had it delivered. When we got it, we called Home Depot at the number on the back of our Home Depot card to schedule someone to come install our new evaporative cooler. We received two emails from Home Depot recommending Mechanical Control to do the installation. HERE THE PROBLEM BEGINS. The representative at Mechanical Control tells me that they will ONLY INSTALL IF THEY ALSO PICK UP THE NEW UNIT FROM THE STORE AND DELIVER IT! If you buy it online from Home Depot and its delivered to your home, Mechanical Control WONT TOUCH IT! Clearly they are losing out on the delivery fee and have decided if they cant also deliver it, they WONT INSTALL IT! THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY OUTFIT THAT IVE EVER HEARD OF AND MY NEXT MOVE IS TO REPORT THEM to Home Depot CORPORATE. They need to lose their contact with Home Depot if they dont want to accept their assignments and actually do some work!

Home Depot is a great place to get almost anything you would need around the house and even some things automotive. Checkout could be faster however and they have no bags available for smaller items, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

They are pushing you out the door if you get there within 1 hour of closing. But one employee named Faith goes above and beyond to help with what u need. Ask for her shes great

This was one of the better experiences i had at home depot ! Employees were friendly helpful and did not ignore me when I asked for help to my car ! This was the first time Ive been to this location its a bit far from me but if they have what I need I would drive there for it !

I ordered 2 stem regulators for my leaky faucets. Chose the curb side pick up. All came in on time. Received emails. Had a little trouble finding the pick up area. Had to wait a little longer as the associate brought out only half the order. They were received at different times by the store.

Unfortunately I never have a good experience in this store its almost like they dont care and theyre angry that theyre at work unfortunately we do shop here a lot and its constantly theyre out of stock on regular routine items and the employees are nothing really but angry mean individuals Im actually going out of my way and shopping at Lowes now theyre a little better

Went in looking for help with security doors and locks. No one offered any assistance, and this was on a Sunday afternoon. Store was not busy, but help was no where to be seen. This is not the first time I have had this experience with Home Depot. Unfortunately it seems to be the case no matter which Home Depot I shop at. I will say a positive. Their garden center plants are well taken care of and seem to survive well.

Bought 8 bags of pellets and they were all sawdust and damp for at least a 1/4 of the bag. Clogged pellet stove and a big pain. Not likely to go there again.

Dishonest management. I really liked Home Depot, even more than Graybar and other Specialty Supply Warehouses. Not after that last experience. Go to Lowes...at least they branch out to Española.

Went in on Friday June 25th to purchase a Karavan trailer. We were helped by a gentleman by the name of Gilbert. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us get what we needed and got us to the customer service area where they helped us purchase the trailer and get the title to register it. While in the process some issues came up with the computer system. Christine was able to handle the situation, and got us everything we needed. We really appreciated their assistance and their attention to detail. This is our favorite Home Depot to go to, and now we have 2 more reasons for liking it there.Thank you to Gilbert and Christine for all that you did for us that day!!!

Employees here are so awesome they outshine any problem areas that occasionally come up. Over all its my experience this store does its best for customers ... luv shopping here, except for the fact my money seems to get sucked out of my wallet lol

Ive been a customer since a branch opened in the Bay Area, with 21 years back in New Mexico Im still H/D faithful. Well I cheated a few times, but I still love your store.Today though after going to 2 H/Ds in Albuquerque, I nearly lost it!!! These inconsiderate snot nose kids that act like its an inconvenience to show a person COMMON COURTESY. These kids worked at the Service Counter of all places. Maybe you should try another job because customer service is not your strong point.Sad to say though you find the same inconsiderate attitude in a lot of older people also, not just at Home Depot.Ill continue to be a semi loyal customer. The stars are for that specific incidence, not the stores overall rate. Theres enough good help there to keep me coming back.

The cashier was really rude. No one asked me if I was finding everything and when I asked for help I was told someone would meet me in the department. Big surprise no-one showed up. But yet I have to give them $135.00 for bad service. I wont be going back to this location.

Went there to order some toolboxes and they put them together for me right there on the spot it took a little while like an hour and a 1/2 but thats OK they put together something I was gonna order. Awesome guys thank you

Stood in the isle staring at a cage for over 30 minutes while the only employees to come through the isle was security to make sure we werent stealing 3 separate times while waiting for an actual employee to open the cage so I could finally purchase a saw... you ARE seen as a criminal if you come in here MORE than youre seen as a customer. Maybe the reason you have a theft problem is its just faster and easier to just take what you want rather than waiting for help thats not coming while every other employee comes and stands in the isle to stare at you and tell you they cant help... Turns out none of the employees work here so dont even bother asking where anything is.

My fiance and I are renovating a home. We came in today to buy a refrigerator and washer/dyer and open a store credit card. We were so overwhelmed and frustrated by the two employees in the appliance section that we left. Weve had great luck at Lowes and will make the rest of our large purchases there.

Great Customer service as soon as I walked in. I felt a little out of my comfort zone being there but with all the help and as many workers as there was to help me i began to feel more comfortable and was very satisfied with my experience there.

Ordered water softener online to be shipped to store. Borrowed a truck to pick it up and only received box 2 of 2. I was unaware that another box was a part of the order until I got home (25 mi away) and opened it. Complete waste of time. Associate should have known what my order was and how many pieces the order contained. Calling the store took 15min to reach someone and they couldnt even confirm how many boxes the order contained. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of knowledge of the associates. A complete waste of time and effort needed for something that should have been so simple.

The staff at this location are very knowledgeable and helpful with helping you find the correct items for Home Improvement. During covid-19 they showed protection and care for their customers by being compliant with health restrictions.

But I had a paint color to get mixed, waited for over 20 min before a customer after us made it clear there are a few awaiting help. Place is clöser for me but i end up going to lowes cause Home depot dosent carry it r there out. I have always used home depot throighoit the years, but the pandemic and the alleged Canadian lumber shortage, have caused HD to taise prices on EVERYTHING!Lumber ought to not influence the price of othe building matterials, like fencing, plastic board or synthetic dimentionalnal lumber (trex) I believe it is more of a greed situation, than supply and demand.I no longer buy from Home Depot... $62.00 1/2 osb? Really? What will homes look like that were built during the pandemic?

This store is out of plumbing stock and this is the only time of year to for me to do irrigation repair. Hardware same thing. 45mim and I still had to go somewhere else to get the job done. Again no employee is of help but I did have someone interrupt me and asked if I was a homeowner and wanted to sell me something that home depot endorsed. I think Im going to a different hardware store from now on. You should teach your orange vest to approach and help, not run away and say its my break time, someone will be here in a minute!😾

I was near this place so i decided to stop...Went about a hour before closing time looking for an egg crate light diffuser... Worker bee saw me looking and disappeared... Its ok i usually pay a little more at Lowes but its well worth the service i get...

It was a zoo, and on a Thursday! Flyer advertised a certain size plants but signage was on wrong plants and deceptive. Was not the only one unhappy and who left without a purchase. However, cashier tried hard to be of help. Still like Home Depot over Lowes.

Went to garden area to get some rock hoping someone could help me with putting in on a cart and loading it on my truck. The gates werent open yet because of no cashier was available and I had a struggle because of my injured back but finally got it in my truck. Havent had a lot of luck with Home Depot so will stick with Lowes.

Worst Home Depot for consumer service I have ever been to!!! Not just a one time deal. I have spent too much time with NO assistance asked in the hardware/screws, nails etc. I would guess today at least 1/2 hour, then decided to do what I did last time. I WENT TO ACE HARDWARE ON SAN MATEO. No problem being asked if I needed help. My suggestion go to Ace onSan Mateo wheee they are always ready to help!!!!

Home Depot has always been my favorite hardwire store, but it has changed!!!!! In July 2020, during the shutdown, I need rebar. Ordered it with the offer to bring the purchase to the car. Arrived, parked in the proper place, (in the July sun!!!) called and waited about an hour and a half. They were not busy. I was the only car waiting in the pick up area that whole time!!Now the stores are open and HD offers delivery. Upon ordering, the web site for this store shows home delivery (which I needed). Had to pay $9.00 but the web said it would be delivered THAT DAY!!! Never got the product! So! NEXT day delivery should be available. Called mid morning and was told the order had not been picked up yet. Called at noon and was told no delivery today. If I want the product I must go to the store, where the pick up counter has inevitably been a case of stand-in line for a minimum of 30 minutes. But need the product so am having to make a 50 minute round trip to the store to pick up an order which HAD BEEN PROMISED FOR DELIVERY THE DAY BEFORE! DID CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE? not on your bottom dollar! take it or leave it lady, we dont give a darn!!

I was looking for roses. Their selection was limited and other roses were locked away in a holding area. I asked the worker there and got a song and dance about a rose shortage. Funny. I left and found rose at Rehms, Osuna nursery, and Lowes a few hours later. Talking with employees at those locations, they expressed puzzlement at the idea of a rose shortage. They all had a generous amount of roses available.

If you want to take your pet with you then go here. The workers will offer your pet a treat but will ask if its ok first.

No line to get in. Got what I needed and got out. A line to check out but not too bad. Again same as it ever was.

Amazing and even got to sign up for a credit card!!

I find the employees at Home Depot are very knowledgeable, whether it be from Nuts and Bolts, tools, wood screw all the way up to frigerators, major appliances and everything in between. The Home Depot selection, variety, pricing and availability is better than some other big box stores. There is plenty of parking, theres handicap parking and handicapped entrance. The aisles are clean, wide and can easily be navigated. The employees as I mentioned above are knowledgeable and they are also professional, efficient, courteous and helpful. My husband thinks of the Home Depot as a toy store.

Ive always liked Home Depot. Most of the associates here are friendly, and some actually helpful. However, this Home Depot disappointed me. Most of the items I wanted were either too high to reach without an associate, stacked too dangerously for me to attempt to get myself or locked away. Nothing about it was convenient or even shoppable. Cashier was snippy, should probably do some training on customer service. I will post example pics soon to give examples of not just unshoppable, but hazardous and begging for an accident & potential lawsuit if someone where to get hurt.

People were very helpful to help me find what I needed. I was pretty much in and out.

Out of several items I went for. Also they are having a coin shortage so I didnt get any coins back, just bills.

Today was the first time ever out of 1000 times being at this store in the last year. The girl at the return desk asked me to empty the gas out of my electric pressure washer. I could understand a simple mistake but I started off by showing her the electrical plug was broken and asked her to check if it was covered before I poured out the expensive soap I just had filled it with. She refused and so I poured out the soup and she finally looks it up and tells me sorry its not covered. Really?
