Terrible experience. I dont normally leave bad reviews but this was very frustrating. I purchased monte carlo poker chips from this company despite the very high shipping price because I thought they would be good quality chips. They arrived with half opened chip wrapping and chips all over the box. These are also made in China and not of good quality. Then I called back to return twice with no answer then finally got ahold of someone. Then was told they couldnt be returned because they were opened despite the 30 day warranty.

I had an order that wasnt right, my new felt didnt match color, thickness, or feel of the previous order of the exact same material. I tried to get it resolved, and customer service was able to find the same material I previously purchased (why they got the second star) but customer service couldnt discount the material enough to cover shipping cost or give me free shipping for the issues. It was less than $20 in material, if customer service cant give free shipping for a very small order how can I expect them to take care of me with a big order? (bigger orders were a possibility) for this reason I am no longer a customer.

Ordered a custom card table from here a couple months ago, overall communication with Rafael was good, completion of table and shipping took almost three times as long as I was told it would but in the end quality takes time and that’s what I got, quality. Table came in looking great, quality material and easy to put together.

Bought three coors light bar stools from this company. Stools are of good quality, but they sent a foot leveler with one of them that was for a different model. I sent pictures to customer service of what I needed, and after another long two weeks waiting they still sent foot levelers that didnt match it or fit. I bought something at Home Depot that’s a loose fit... and gorilla glued it. Poor customer service

Hesitant to buy from here after reading the reviews but I took a chance on some hard to find bar stools. My experience was great. I asked if they had them in stock, they said yes. Ordered them and they shipped within 2 days and I received stools 4 days later.

I ordered poker chips here and they delivered it to the wrong address(they delivered it to NC while im in CA). Paid extra as well for 3 day shipping. Called the guy and ask whats gonna happen all he said is hes gonna call back today to resolve this. Still waiting . . . .

Ordered some chips and racks from AGS. The poker chips are nice and heavy, but thats the only good thing. The chips have burs on the edge the sticker in the center comes off easily. The main rack I ordered was cracked, and the tubes I ordered could probably be torn in half. When I made my order I received an email letting me know what I ordered wasnt in stock and Id have to wait 3 months. I choses some different chips instead of waiting. No discount was offered. When my packaged arrived, I received 4 sets of cards I didnt order. I assumed this was a Were sorry gift. I then later that night received a phone call telling me there was an error and they mailed me some cards by mistake. I would either need to pay for them or mail them back. Unbelievable.

Purchased a Miller Lite bar stool, great price and great quality. When unpacking discover self leveling feet covers were missing. I sent an email which customer service answered promptly and received the covers several days later. Highly recommend this company.

I ordered a gift for someone from them and I have been waiting almost a month for it to arrive. First, they claimed it was back ordered, then that it would arrive in a couple of days. Its almost a week later than what they said. I hope that they feel good about themselves that they ruined someones birthday by their present not arriving on time. I might as well just give it to them for Christmas at this rate, if its even going to arrive by then.Their customer service reps just deflect and put you off. Definitely not recommending them in the future.

Received wrong item. Sales department responded claiming I ordered the item they sent, even though the price on my receipt has a $20 difference than the price on the item I received. The sales representative then responded claiming the item price changed in the week since I ordered the item. 110% difference of what it was originally.Uneducated, illogical and unhelpful.Best of luck if you order here!

Caveat Emptor - nice goods but make sure you get what you ordered. Ordered 14g clay poker chip set and got 11g plastic/polymer chips. In this day and age I was told there’s no Quality control and no way to tell (buuutt the site sells different weight chips at different prices...?....🤔), anyhow, chips ordered thru another vendor came in at same price and at or above spec weight, Smooth finish and feel vs. injection mold ridges and print out of register.Price is almost half from 14g to a 11g chip so there is a big cost difference and quality is visibly inferior.Order on a credit card or you’ll fall into the PayPal trap paying shipping costs back and forth for a refund. This was a $183 purchase, was going to cost over $60 in shipping fees to return product for a refund. We settled on a $50 credit, which did not fix the issue but was an equitable difference between the cost of the chips I ordered and the ones they sent.11g $.11/ea. 14g $.23/ea. ($115-$55).They would not exchange the chips!Hardwood lacquered case came in as advertised and in good presentation, and customer service was responsive to my concern, one I managed to contact them. Phone never answered but email got a quick response.I was left wondering if they knew their supplier was shorting them on the spec, this was an honest mistake, or if they sent me the cheaper product thinking I wouldn’t notice.In any event I used the credit to buy replacements from a no hassle online vendor with prime service and no hassle returns... would have preferred a one stop shop, extra steps but made it work in the end.

I was a bit hesitant cause I wasnt sure about this place cause friends always refer. In any case, I actually stopped by the place, knew exactly what I wanted, negotiated a little bit, and bam! Made a purchase right there! Tough negotiator but still got a good price! I def recommend shopping around but I found the price and the guys honesty was what won me over.

Poor customer service. First the stools arrived and there was no hardware so I called and they sent bolts but no swivels so I had to call again for the swivels. I was planning on having the stools for a party but as you can see it took 2 weeks to get all the parts for the stools and I had parts of a stool but nothing I could use for the party.

The customer service and pricing is second to none. I needed an item immediately and they were kind enough to deliver it to my house late in the evening.

Shipped wrong material, called and cant get through cannot leave message because theyre recording service doesnt have room. They claim to be open on Saturday but no one answers. Go figure. How hard is it to tell the difference between black speed cloth (which is what I ordered) and silver?

We ordered a foosball table, my 1st complaint is that the freight company would not deliver it to my house. My husband had to meet the freight company at a gas station. The day he had to pick it up it was raining. There was no damage to the box so he signed off on the BOL. When he got home he set it aside because we were waiting for carpet to be installed. Two weeks later when he took the lid off the box he noticed that a top corner had been damaged during shipping. I notified Rafael and Jun right away. Rafael said we missed the deadline to file a claim but that he would notify the manufacture. When I asked he to re-email the notice of the time frame to file a claim he couldnt since we were never notified of one. Two weeks after this Jun sent an email stating that the foosball table would be shipping to us in a week. That was a huge LIE. Later Rafael sent us an email stating that we would have to work with the manufacture and pay an additional $800.00 to pay it repaired. So now we have a damaged foosball table. We also purchased furniture from them and was told it would be 4-6 weeks and it took 9 weeks, I would not recommend buying from this company.
