I got a pool table at Costco, the delivery went bad, driver and helper unprofessionals. After request a refund, the people at Ohio (American Heritage)were rude and asking why we been asking for a refund, I think if they were doing a good job we werent asking for. The guy from So Cal Tables were the next step to assemble our table, but unfortunately, we call them to cancel the service because the bad experience with the American Heritage Company. Fred, the worker for So Cal Pool Tables, share the website with us and Oh LA LA beautiful tables, a lot of variety and very very fair prizes, I got my refund, call Fred and get the beautiful Tiburon Walnut . They came home, very professional people, with a lot of respect for the costumers and they work efficiently . Bought a great pool table from So Cal Pool Tables as they gave me the best price despite the additional costs from being out of state. Fred was supper to deal with. I found it was best to pick up the table myself at their facility. However, there was a damaged part in shipping and a delay in the replacement due to the Covid19 lockdown. Fred and George picked up the new part and when out of their way to deliver the table to me at my temporary overnight location and saved me a trip into LA the following morning. Table is set up and looks and performs great! I would recommend them for any price range table.

Im very happy with the table, it perfect. The attention to detail is evident by how great the table plays. I really like how they covered the edges and bottom of the pockets. You really dont need to spend a fortune for a great looking table that playing to professional standards2 month update: I play on average 3 hours a day and the table still plays as good as the day it was set up!

These guys are awesome! First off if you are shopping for a pool table you have to visit their showroom. From the moment you step in you will notice Freds own pool table, the set up around it, the collector robots in the display cases, etc. All of this amounts to meticulous attention to details. What does this translate into? The fact that they work diligently. They are straight forward about pricing and deliver what they promise. I personally had never bought a pool table before so I did not know what to expect. What I got was awesome service and value beyond my expectations. I thought all they do is just swing by and drop off the table. Boy was I wrong. They come by with the table components. They set up the work space. Then they spend 2-3 hours putting together your table in the most detail oriented meticulous manner possible! And you can tell their heart is in this business and in the game. I recommended that they video tape the whole process because once you see them you will know hands down they are the best guys to buy your table from. These guys are top notch! I purchased a pool table about a year and a half ago from these guys, and the table looks like it did the day they installed it. These guys were very easy to work with. I live in Orange County, and Fred and Jorge drove all the way from LA for the installation, which was free. They spent around two and a half hours installing my table, making sure everything was done right. My table is an 8’ and it’s constructed from solid wood. These aren’t cheap tables! All my friends that come to my apartment are blown away with the quality of the table. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Quick responses meant he was ready for delivery the next day.Fred and George arrived on time, meticulously assembled it (over 3hrs) and even setup the pool cue holder on the wall for me. They even have a low cost dismantling and moving service which I plan to use in the future.I can honestly say, you can purchase from these guys with confidence! I dont know a great deal about pool tables. But what I DO know. Is these two guys know what their doing. They dont mess around. And they do NOT cut corners. Especially in your home. They are EXTREMELY customer service oriented. If their putting in your table . . . they WILL actually suggest the route that will take them the most time and sweat. Which can include completely repositioning rugs, moving other furniture etc.I am not only in love completely with the table I got. But I could not be any happier at all with the way in which these guys installed it. They did not miss a beat. They did not cut a single corner. They put it exactly where it should be. My example here is that my area rug on which the table was going to sit was positioned off center. We had a discussion and they laid it out for me in terms of options. One of the guys said . . . I am a practical guy. I would want the walk way clear. And Fred said. I am more for looks. I would want the rug to be in the center of the room. Considering my Mom is an interior decorator and would be coming back to the place I went with Fred. And they flew into action. They took the tape measure all the way around the area rug to make sure it was exactly square in the room . . . WAY WAY beyond anything I would do. They spent more time making sure the rug was positioned correctly than I would have . . . and its my house.These guys know their pool. And they know their tables. They know their customer service. They dont cut corners. They do it RIGHT. And for a great price. I would not recommend anyone else PERIOD! I have an appreciation for their work because my father was a carpenter who ran his own business. These guys are very very good with their hands. Their very good in your home. And they dont cut any corners.The table is FANTASTIC. This pool table business is incredibly crooked and incredibly rude. They constantly spam their ads where they dont belong, in categories reserved for private individuals to sell their pool tables. please avoid this place.EDIT: I have never emailed the owner of this place, and I leave one star reviews for businesses that deserve them for their shady advertising practices, such as this one here, it has nothing to do with who I dislike. The bottom line is this company is obviously false advertising and attacking a potential customer for calling them on it. What kind of business does that?

The entire process from purchase the installation to follow up was outstanding. I bought the table and within days was playing a game on it with my son. They actually offered to install it the very next day and the only reason it took a few was because I was not quite ready for delivery. Awesome experience with these guys! I had ordered a pool table from another company originally, waiting almost 2 months just for it to come in stock. I was told too many times when my order would be coming through. I then randomly came across So Cal Pool Tables by chance, after looking at different designs online. I saw a couple of tables I really liked and called them up and was able to see some tables in person right away. I liked that their selection was not only large but that their tables were actual wood! And real slate, like the good stuff and at a cost that was fantastic, considering they delivered for free and set up the table for free. There were a couple other companies that had tables that were a little cheaper and had free delivery, but they could not compare to the quality and having the table set up was super expensive! Initially my boyfriend thought he could put the table together with a friend, if we had went with another company but I am so glad our original order never went through bc this company was by far the better choice. The uber awesome part was that after I placed my order, they came within 3 days with everything to set up. 3 days! Friggin awesome!Thank God they do free set up bc good Lord there is no way in Hell my boyfriend or his friends would have been able to handle putting our table together. It would have looked like complete crap and probably would have fallen apart! Lol.
