Bought an engine from Jake who was really helpful despite working with multiple customers. And thanks to Brian (spelling?) who really went above and beyond getting us squared away with exactly what we needed for our boat.

Dealt with Stacey on a powerhead about 6 mo ago. Customer service was above and beyond. They met or exceeded anything promised, I was even paid 100% of the possible core value. If you are a do-it-yourself outboard mechanic, I strongly suggest them. My reasoning for delay in rating them was for the purpose of ensuring break in and reliability of their product, they deserve the 5 stars for sure.

I recently bought an older bayliner boat. It had an issue with no spark. Jacob & his mechanic worked hard to fix several issues that were causing the problem. They got the boat running great only to find out it had a cracked block. This was not caused by them but Jacob discounted the bill alot. They will always be my go to shop.

They went to bat trying to find a rare part for my engine. They squeezed me in with a install of the new part as soon as it arrives.

Ive tried to call several times they never answer the phone

Crowleys is next door to where I live but I see that they are busy fixing boats they have a good business going but unless they work onHonda motorcycles I wouldnt need them

Great experience! They did my 20hr break in service on my twin Yamaha 150s. I was in and out in a couple days. Will use again!!!UPDATE--- Last year I got lazy and had a local shop service my twin150 Yamaha. I launched the boat and they ran extremely rough. Even my fishing buddies noticed it right away. I called the shop and they refused to do anything to fix the matter. So I just dealt with it.Last week I called Jake at Crowley and told him the story. Hes said bring it in and we will see what we can do. In and out in 2 days!!!I launched tonight and my Girl Purrrrrsss like a Kitten!!! I learned my lesson and will never take her anywhere else!!!

While not a big boat order, I wanted to suprize my husband with refurbishing materials for a vintage canoe that he fell in love with. Crowley Marine put me in the right direction for materials and treated me as though I were yacht shopping! They were awesome! I thoroughly appreciate their guidance.

Purchased a lower unit from them. Returned my old lower unit for a core. Once they had my lower unit they would not refund my core charge. Called them multiple times, they had caller ID and would answer when they saw that it was me calling, nor would they return my calls.

I took my year old seadoo sparks in to this shop to be serviced and they left bolts loose so it ended up flooding with water..I called and a man named Jake answered and told me he watch them put back together and they did nothing wrong.i would watch out for this shop and theyre one star work.
