Its not bad if they could manage to keep there shelves stocked and all the has pumps working.

I didnt catch the crew members name but she was super sweet,courteous and personable. Was sort of having a rough day and she chatted with, complimented me on my 90s Baby face mask(even inquired on where to get one for herself lol) and had me laughing and smiling by time I left. She was super bubbly and way happier than some of the crew i have encountered on other visits.

Always cracks me up when places are adamant they don’t have public restrooms. It’s like we’ve been trying miles and miles and want to stop to get gas abs some snacks but now we totally won’t waste time on your place.

Employees are the rudest I have ever witnessed. I approach the counter and let the guy know that I have 3 taquitos in a sleeve. I show him 3, and tell him again that I have 3 taquitos. I briefly set down the sleeve of taquitos to grab my wallet. Guy decides he wants to grab my food. I got upset, but guess what. Guy starts getting huffy puffy, studdering while pacing back and forth. I reply with WHAT!?!?I was told to leave the store before the cops get called. I should have stayed and wait for the cops so I could have told them how horrible this place is at being hospitable.Always dirty everywhere, fountain drink areas is always sticky as well as being overall smelly place to visit. But I did.......Now Im still hungry.

Recently they had a faulty gas pump. It was pumping very slowly. I ended up putting 25 gallons in a 20 gal tank. It was still pumping when I turned it off. Worker inside said a manager would call. Over a month ago no response. My mechanic said it was a faulty pump.

The stores isnt getting any bad reputation from me its done it all by itsself the manager of the store Pam has not gotten back to me when I tried to report a rude and insolent employee they have never had an employee like Eric who works down there right now he seems like hes not sober when he works behind the counter I try to contact the manager Pam and thats to no avail the owner does not have his name listed on this Noir on the Yelp if anyone knows the name of the owner of this place please let me know this is the step I take before I go to Better Business Bureau

I lived in Aberdeen for many years and never saw it how I did tonight. I came to town to visit and the store was SO disgustingly dirty. I could not believe how gross it was. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months!

I came to buy my hot wings just to get them burned (as in black in some parts of the wings) and missing some pieces. I went back for my refund and the cashier told me that she couldn’t do anything because it is their policy. Is it really their policy to serve burned hot wings or no refund for getting burned wings?! I am freaking disappointed.

Today I was treated with an unessesarily rude and just downright wrong by the STORE MANAGER by the name of PAM.Upon entering the store I only purchased 1 thing - the 7 11 nachos ( with salsa ) that I just so happen to very much enjoy from specifically 7 11. .After getting my nachos, I put the lid on the nachos, attempted to grab some napkins, when Pam ( the store manager ) rudely reached out and yelled at me, “you can’t take that many napkins!!! If everyone took that many. . . “I couldn’t believe she had just ripped those napkins out of my hand like she did.Very unnessecary. Very rude. Oh, and not to mention, unprofessional. Above all else. Almost hostile, in a way.I couldn’t believe it that she was the store manager. What kind of store manager treats her customers as such and even promotes it to other employees working there too.Anyways, after checking out and paying for my nachos, as Pam ( the store manager ) was standing next to her co employee that was taking my cash at the cash register silently staring - no GLARING me down - I walked up to her to check her name tag - and get this-SHE WAS ATTEMPTING TO HIDE HER NAME TAG.So I’m sure to some level, she had to have understood how she behaved towards me was in fact very wrong on so many levels, which she should have apologized, right?? That seems like the most appropriate thing to do for her so so poorly given customer service.But no, instead, she continued talking at me insisting more upon how, “ you just can’t do that, not in this store or ever . . . “Oh and also after I caught her name tag even after her failed attempt at covering it up, she said to me, “ YA YOU DO WHATEVER YOU WANT WITH THAT, BUT YOU STILL CANT TAKE THAT MANY NAPKINS. . “There is also a gas station and convenient store on the same street as the 7 11 store, called the 76.I would recommend going there FOR SURE, as the customer service is much better, with kind staff and also a restraunt where families can get a quick bite to eat and their gas as well as much nicely priced merchandise ( I.e. butane, e cigarettes and e cigarette parts, e cig fluid, flashlights and small knives, watches, all fairly priced and served with great much better service than that of 7 11) .Again - I RECOMMEND AVOIDING GOING TO THIS 7 11 LOCATION IF POSSIBLE BC OF HORRID, HOSTILE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND INSTEAD, GETTING GAS, TOBACCO, AND EVEN FOOD AT THE 76 JUST NEXT TO 7 11.I hope my review helps other customers in the future. Thank you to those who took the time to read my post.

Went there to get a red box movie and snacks and had to search for the movie in a cloud of cigarette smoke because an employee and two of her friends felt the need to smoke 10 feet from the door. All the while loudly complaining about different customers that have come in. We got our movies and left to purchase our snacks at another store as we didn’t want to walk through the haze or gossip session.

Total$26.56I pull out 2 twenties ($40.00)and say I have the 56 centsThe worker stops to process...Several seconds later she proceeded to tell me how i cant pay with my 56 cents..She hands me my $13.39(this is not my correct change btw)P.S.I only gave a review because of the sarcasm.

Ran out of gas 15 miles away with no cash. Walked there and the clerk used money from his own wallet to fill my gas can.

I got charged for the same things twice, plus I didn’t get the points for anything that I bought. Is there a way I can get my points from everything I bought?
