Great mechanic, reasonable prices.

Car broke down on highway. Tow truck too it there. Few phone calls to Johny who explained what is wrong with the car and fews hours later got a call it was fixed. Very happy with the prompt assisstance. Great job and very affordable. Johny has got me out of 4 car issues and very thankful for their service.

Johnny has gotten me out of binds on a few occasions. Best work in town. They dont try to do all the extra stuff thats not necessary. They tell you exactly what they need to do and that is what they do. If you are in Abilene dont go anywhere else.

Im not from Abilene but I had a great experience with Johnny DeLaGarza. I was trying to call a specific auto shop about a car and called his location by mistake. The guy that answered the phone and Johnny were both super helpful with our situation. They kept in touch and followed up with me about my concerns. If theyre this diligent and honest with someone that called the wrong shop about a car then I bet theyre the same with their own customers.Thanks guys.

Went in for a brake repair on my 2010 Honda Civic and these guys were incredible. When I brought the pads I bought to replace my old ones, they recognized the box and asked if I bought them from Auto Zone. I did and they immediately placed a call to Auto Zone to see if the old pads I bought were also under warranty- they were! So thanks to their astuteness, I was able to get my money back from the new ones I bought - something even the guys at Auto Zone didnt even mention! It was also discovered that I had worn my routers alarmingly low, which they showed me directly. Out of safety I opted to replace them as well and was fearing a longer and more costly repair- but they immediately placed a call to have the exact routers delivered to the shop! On top of being quoted one of the best prices for a break changes, I was able to get my money back on my pads, AND paid a VERY minimal amount for the unexpected router delivery and change! All while having a cup of coffee across the street! Good very clear and knowledgeable gentlemen, Great Americans and Great Abilenians - Highly Recommended!

Well I thought everything was good but wen I took my car to pepboys 2 days after johnny delagarza put the cv boot on he forgot to tighten the bolt thats holds the tire an pepboys took pictures of it on my phone an said it was hanging on 3 threads which I would of got in a bad car accident depending on how fast I drove or on freeway thank god pepboys fixed it an did my aligment never again will I take my vehicle to delagarza automotive I called Johnny told him am the manager at pepboys told him that it was hanging on 3 threads an I had pics an Johnny delagarza hung up living on prayer
