Excellent service very knowledgeable and with very reasonable prices

I called about having a sensor replaced and gave them the code that was pulling up. They talked me into replacing 2 sensors. I got there at 7:30 when they opened and they got me right in. 2 hours later they can’t fix the truck and they charged me 3 hours labor. They even charged me a environmental fee. When I asked why the guy said “we always charge that”. When I asked why he charged me 3 hours labor he said that’s what the job was. Not sure why you would have a hourly rate when you don’t work by the hour. Anyway I would push my vehicle to the next town before I let these folks work on anything I own again. What a joke!

We needed a new axel on our trailer. They helped us with more than we needed at a good price and great attitudes. Thanks guys!

While we were coming to Abilene to move in for school, my car and my dads car both broke down. They got our cars in early and they were both done by 12 p.m! Great service and great people.

Called at 1040 this morning and they got me in the same day. 1 switch replaced solved 2 issues. I was very impressed with the friendly and up front honestly about the cost of having my truck scanned. Will be back!

I ended up paying double what it would have cost at home. $779.00 to replace a starter is outrageous. I was out of town and I think they took advantage of it. Granted, $55.00 was for the towing, but that is still over $700.00 for a job I could have got done for half that at home

I do most of my own automotive work. For alignments and other things i cannot do, i go straight to Vernon & Fletcher. They are meticulous and will only do authorized work, and they are very good about LISTENING. Not the cheapest, but extremely honest and do it the right the first time.

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Vernon and Fletcher for 9 years now. Im usually working so my wife has to take in our cars. They are very respectful to her and will talk to her about the problems too! They always fix it right the first time and I never have to take it back for the same problem. Clyde and his people are very good at what they do and honest with the customer at all times. I have yet to take them something that wasnt fixed correctly the first time. Car repair shops have gotten a bad reputation over the years, but these guys have maintained their integrity. My wife recently had an issue with her Honda Civics A/C. The dealer was unable to find and fix the problem, another local shop was unable to find and fix the problem, but Fletchers found it and fixed it quickly. The shop is a little off the beaten path, but well worth the search.

No good experince.thieves.robbers.charged me 237.37 to change transmission fluid and filter and check out overdrive light.kept my truck all day and night.did not get back untill friday,about9:00am.took in thursday about 8:30am.i have never been taken advantage of more in my life.this was nothing but theft.watch out you could be next. jack dalton
