Very professional, honest, and helpful. I had a funny noise coming from the front of the truck I had just bought that I thought may be a wheel bearing. The mechanic took it for a test drive and quickly determined it was my tires. Replaced the tires and he was absolutely correct. Noise gone and saved me a lot of money. They have earned my business!

They charged me $900 to replace a small ac part. They bought the part and ended up not using the part because they said they couldnt figure it out. Also, I cleaned my car two days prior to taking it to them and found a half eaten donut in my passenger side floor board. I do not recommend their services from from my experience.

Great shop. Honest and fair. They couldnt get the car to make the same noise, so they called and we test drive it together. It wasnt making the noise for me either until we got back to the shop parking lot. They didnt make up a problem and charge me to fix nothing. They stand behind their work and treat you right. I recommend this garage to everyone with automotive repair needs.

They charged me $350 to replace 2 belts and a belt pulley. After telling me 2 belts and labor would be about $200. They said the pulley was bent and needed to be replaced also! I’ll never use their services again! $668 total!

Royce Brooks Garage is a place I am likely to return to. They listened carefully, advised, and accomplished what I wanted done. In addition, they dont have junk cars lying around the garage becoming an obstacle course. Things are incredibly clean there.

Great Experience. My wife and I were traveling through Abilene when we had A/C problems. I contacted Bobby and he told me to bring the car in. They were busy but took the time to help us out and within two hours we were on our way, with working A/C. This shop was very clean and my wife even mentioned how clean the restrooms were. I have been doing business with Royce Brooks Garage for over 25 years and have never had a problem with them. The work they do is excellent and you can count on it being right. Should something fail after they fix it they do it again for free. Bobby Brooks and family are the best. They arent cheap because they pay their employees a decent wage but it is well worth it to have it fixed right the first time.

I came here to have my Explorer inspected. These guys were quick and got the job done efficiently. As far as getting your vehicles inspected, this is a good place to go.

They are a rip off & they took advantage of me being a female. I was referred to their shop by Interstate Battery to have my battery terminals replaced. They quoted me $125. Long story short they only cleaned them & said they didn’t need to be replaced & still charged me $81 for a cleaning!! WTH 😡😡😡

Royce Brooks is the second best mechanic in Abilene. Maybe tied for first with Garys. Either way, I enjoyed giving them my business every time I went, and they were always exceptionally kind and helpful.
