It was taking me ages to get any company to call me back about fixing my car, but RPG replied the same day. Service was fast and affordable, and the staff communicated with me often about parts, prices, and expectations. My car was a unique case, but the people at RPG worked with me and my situation so that i could get back on the road again.

I sincerely can’t say enough positive things about RPG, this has been the very best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop! Kristen and Jason went above and beyond with customer service trying to help me with my car, from giving me a ride while my car was being worked on to running across town to find a missing tire key. Throughout it all they have been so kind, patient, and understanding. Not to mention they did great work, gave a fair price, and worked hard to have a quick turnaround since I was on a time crunch! They gained a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone/anyone I know.

I will only come to RPG from now on! Pep Boys told me I needed a new engine and they couldn’t fix an OIL LEAK, I took it to Ben for a 2nd opinion and he fixed it, the oil leak for $303!! He even put in my headlight bulb for me! Great and honest people! I highly recommend them! His wife and mother run the office, both sweet ladies! My family is so grateful for what they did for us!!

Came in for an instrument cluster repair. Instead of just recommending a new one like other shops would have, he attempted go fix it. Due to my carelessness I need a new one.
