We hired incounters to do a complete house remodeling of our cabinetry about 3 years ago. As of today its still not finished and all the so called stained wood are different colors and chipping. They left the job unfinished while having received over 80% of the funding leaving some of the most expensive portions undone.They were unaware that nutty alder and alder stain finishes would not come close to matching. In order to come close they mixed stain with the clear coat which is causing the chipping. Had they put a pure coat of clear on top of that may have helped. We have cabinet doors 6 in a row side by side 3 match the other 3 dont even match themselves (3 different colors) if I can add pics I will.Cabinets around a double sided fire place which were supposed to be solid builds connected across the made are 3 separate cabinet boxes on each side which rattle like crazy with surround sound and each box is a different color chipping around all the edges. They never finished those at all which was to include mantles and wrap around the fire place with granite and posts for mantle.. Nor did they install the glass in our bathroom cabinets or caulk any kitchen or bathroom cabinetry. Had to pay someone else to do that too. There is more but you get my point. I hate leaving poor reviews.If you use them get an itemized list down to the finest detail because it took at least nine months to get to the detail work that had all been forgotten and changed.

My grandmother is building a new house. She was sent to In Counter to pick out her sinks and counter tops. She cannot hear but was determined to pick everything out and make absolutely sure it was 100% right. Several people there walked her through the counter area and happily answered every question. They even patiently waited when I had to repeat it louder for her to understand.It took 4 trips to pick out everything and they never showed even the slightest bit of impatience. We worked mostly with Caleb and I cannot describe how thankful I was for him. When she needed a few minutes to think something over, he happily carried on a conversation about the people they might both know, the weather, listened to her discuss politics, and took his time making sure she understood the answer to all her questions.She is 86 years old and they were absolutely amazing with her. I would recommend this company to anyone looking!She is not big on technology but asked me to include that she is very thankful, from the bottom of her heart for these people. INcounters was awesome from the beginning; picking granit and working through our ideas, through the entire process to the finished product. The staff in-store was very nice and helpful. The install crew was fast, friendly, and cleaned up after the demo/install. Very competitive prices and great quality granit. The ability to walkthrough their warehouse and see the full slabs of granit helped us pick the perfect pieces for our house.

Just went to these guys today and they were super friendly and helpful and gave me a free sample they are awesome.

The quartz countertop and island have truly transformed our kitchen. The minuet color we selected truly compliments our turning oakleaf walls. Great job! Does need more communication with the customer.

I recommend avoiding these guys. I selected a Slab and paid for a quartz countertop weeks ago. They came out and measured for our counter. When they go to cut the quartz they cannot find my selection and apparently it was sold to someone else. I selected the new sample that didnt match but I had no choice (no discount offered). They cut the new selection and bring it out to install and determine that it will not fit and was measured incorrectly. Now they have no options in stock. This has been a bad experience and based on my experience I would not choose them again.

We ordered countertops for our kitchen and loved the experience at INcounters. They let us look at all the slabs twice until we could make a decision. They were friendly and helpful. The installers were knowledgeable and worked quickly. We love our new countertops and would recommend INcounters. My brother in law is doing the backsplash but here is a picture of tops

I highly recommend Incounters if youre in the market for new counters or vanity tops. They were extremely accommodating throughout the process and provided exceptional service. I ended up having to make a last minute change to my counter dimensions, but they had zero issues with it and made it happen no problem. You wont be disappointed if you choose Incounters!

I would give these guys ten stars if I could. An incredible job on our bathroom and kitchen. We used all their people, plumbers, tile, and stone and found everyone involved to be highly skilled. Our son is an interior decorator who works on multi-million dollar houses in NY and he flew down to help with our remodel. Our son found everyone involved to be top notch, flexible, creative, and hard working. We now have a bathroom and kitchen that draws praise from every visitor who sees our home. From day one every curve ball our son threw, INcounters was able to catch. You just cant go wrong here. Highly recommended.

INcounters from Abilene installed our granite counters today in our kitchen> They look great! from start to finish, this whole process went well! The ladies up front took us back to the shop and let us look at all of the slabs. They even let us view them a second time. They were very friendly and helpful, Our salesman was very patient with us while we made our choices and the guys that came out and installed the granite today were also very helpful and efficient! Being brand new to Abilene, we then became a little apprehensive about the Granite Businesses here....Well, upon our first meeting with Kaleb in our home for an estimate, through the entire process, we have been absolutely thrilled with not only the beautiful quality of our finished kitchen granite counters and backsplash, but the professionalism exhibited by each of the employees during the installation process. Our experience with INcounters could not have been any better. All of the employees were very nice and knowledgeable about their products and the installation. Kaleb was great to work with while we decided on the granite and the backsplash for our kitchen remodel. Manuel and Escobar installed our granite and they took their time to do it right and it looks amazing. We love our knew granite kitchen countertops.

Incounters has done two jobs for us, a small bathroom several years ago and a kitchen we are working on now. Their care and attention on the small bathroom was so good, we didn’t think twice about who would do the kitchen. Their precise measurement and attention to details is great. About two weeks after the kitchen job was completed, we noticed a small surface crack in the granite, and they came out and did their magic to make the little crack disappear. They left us the small unused pieces from the cutouts for the sink and stovetop, and we hope to use them somehow. We are very pleased with their professional care and quality work. We don’t usually write reviews, but we think Incounters is worthy of one. We will definitely call on them again, and we would highly recommend them to our family and friends.
