Kay Jewelers is one disappointed after another. I wish I could sell my ring back and have them buy us out of our warranty. And I really do love my ring but I’d be willing to give it up if I meant never dealing with Kay’s again. Most recently I sent my ring to have a diamond replaced that I had lost. Even though I had just had my ring inspected and were told my prongs were fine. Anyways, I get my ring back and they completely messed up the band. I mentioned something in the store and I was told it was because of the lighting and that is just how the ring is. To say I am disappointed and heartbroken by the way my ring came back is an understatement. So if you’re considering buying anything from Kay…just don’t.

EXTREMELY rude staff. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry, I rarely write negative reviews. However, after having two bad experiences at this location with two different staff members, we will not be back.J Shea jewelers is the way to go. Very friendly and responsive people running that place. THAT’S how you conduct a business.

I would Definitely be caution buying anything from this store, they don’t inform you the full details. I was told I would have 0% interest for 12 months. Little did I know after 6 months of not being here, I found out I have a 21% interest on the item I purchased. I would highly recommend buying from another jeweler, unless you like paying a high interest rate. Never again will I shop there!

This is a bit late but I my husband purchased my engagement ring here in 2013 and they got my size incorrect multiple times, they spelled my name incorrectly multiple times on the engraving, and the salesperson there skinny shamed me and told me to eat a cheeseburger. Finally after they sent the ring back 5 times, I talked to the manager and demanded they start over with a new facility, as they kept sending my ring back to the same facility that kept messing it up. I told them if it wasnt perfect this time, I demanded they would give me a full refund. Wouldnt you know, they managed to not mess it up that time.

Lady that works there told me I had to wear a mask to shop there even though I had a medical condition.looked at the customer she was helping and the didnt have a mask on.there lost spent 2000 on a pendant that day

What incredible service! I wasnt really sure what I was after going in, and by the time I left the store, Sarah had made sure that I had the perfect gift. The store was clean, the staff was attentive, and the price was comparable. Thanks again to Sarah for all the patience and assistance. Ill be back.

My husband purchased my wedding set here and we had purchased his ring here as well. When he got my set he got the insurance and some years later I went to have it soldered and resized. It took well over a month for it to come back and when we got it back not only were they still seperate pieces but they were also the same exact size. I have been unhappy with their cleanings and service prior but this was what really solidified that they arent willing to have customer service if you arent giving the company more money.

Salesperson was quite rude. You dont tell a potential customer you realize this is a jewelry store not a pawn shop right? If you advertise a product at a certain price dont be surprised if people want to purchase something in that price range. Gave it two stars because the first salesperson was quite nice, the second? Not so much.

I bought a ring for over $1400. my daughter lost the box. I went to the store to get a new box and I offered to show them the receipt. the sarcastic girl at the counter said we gave you a box when you bought it and we arent giving you a new one Im cancelling my Keys card and will never go back. if you want horrible customer service this is the store for you.

Love my ring. Went to get my ring inspected and a diamond put back in my ring that fell out I have to say the customer service here is horrible. I have only encoutered 1 nice guy that works here, dont remember his name but he was very nice. The woman sales associate is very rude and acts like your a nuisance to her.

This is the worst store I’ve ever worked for. After our assistant manager left the store, my manager and the district manager asked that I apply for the assistant manager position because I had been there for nearly 18 months and knew everything required for the position. Then weeks go by and he keeps putting off the interview, then I had 2 other employees tell me that Matthew wasn’t even considering me for the position due to having an autoimmune disorder. If he felt that it hindered my ability to do the job why did he leave me in charge of the store on multiple occasions and ask me to apply for the position? When I told my district manager about this blatant disregard for EEOC and ADA law, he told this would be an HR investigation and he couldn’t do anything. Then when I came to my district manager with another issue of abuse with my manager I was told to suck it up and move on. It’s been nearly 3 months and HR hasn’t even started my investigation. This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for! If your a woman, I’d look elsewhere, this has and always will be a boys club where women get abused and discriminated again and nothing happens.

Well I took in my mothers ring to be repaired said it would be ready September 2 and today is the 9th I think they should have to give me something ! REALLY WAS UPSET !!!!!
