Went in to order robes and have them customized for my parents. They didnt have any robes in stock nor did they have any in the catalog in the size I was looking for. So I was told that they would look and try and find some. I didnt hear back from them. I waited for a month. After waiting I ordered the robes myself and when they came in, I had my son take them up to monogrammers. I received a call on the day the robes were suppose to be ready. I was told they had ordered robes... well this is the first time Ive heard that they ordered robes. I was given a very hesitant choice of which robes to use. I chose to go with the robes I ordered. My little sister went in to pick them up and they were not monogrammed the way we had discussed. Very unhappy with the final product. I gave them my business even though they slacked on their part. I feel almost as if it was done in a spiteful manner because I didnt go with the robes he stated he ordered. But how was I to know they were ordered without communication. He stated he was only doing what he was told but had the original plan. I drive over the road and went in person while home to get this done. But had to go back out and unable to drop the robes off myself. He had the original plan. He showed them to my sister when she came to pick them up. This whole ordeal has brought to question, how do you run a business with such a lack of communication....

I have spent about of money on clothing and the more I spent the more problems I seen. I caught an employee working out with my logo on mixed with other logos at a park and after I called to complain the work got worse. My last shipment of clothes were ruined, I paid for embroidery and got the worst work Ive ever seen. They mixed everything up and I was moving the day I picked them up so didnt check out the work until I arrived at my new home and got ready to start packaging. Two different times they promised 7 day turnaround and I was given a call to wait another week making it 14 days two different timnes. Ive lost out several times using these people and will never again.

Came in on a Wednesday, and NO ONE was wearing a mask. Was told my order when be done in one week. One week comes along, no call. I called about my order and I was told the boss test positive for COVID. No surprise as they weren’t complying with the CDC! but what I’m angry about is NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME THEY WERE GOING TO BE BEHIND! Literally. Just a call. Customer service! I regret taking my business to them.

During the COVID19 pandemic The Monogrammer is not compliant with Texas mask laws. I visited their store twice, once to place an order and the other time to pick it up, and all of their staff do not wear masks. When asked to wear one they seem offput and annoyed. Youd think a business would care about the health of their clients and also would not try to ostracize their clients, but what do I know?No customer should have to ask their staff to wear masks. Their staff should be wearing masks on their own accord -- not just because its the law, but also because its courteous and shows they care about the health of their customers.

They did a great job with all my stuff no complaints here BUT, while taking my family to the park last night I witnessed one of the screen printing guys with my logo and design on a personal shirt that he made that had nothing to do with my business. I feel that was very unprofessional and illegal really. But if the issue is addressed and FIXED for future circumstances I will be willing to change my rating.

They were great !!! Have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Ordered two T-shirts last minute with just a couple of hours left in their work day and they still managed to make my t-shirts. Bayshore awesome definitely give them a try. Merry Christmas to all

They did an outstanding job on monogramming my wifes purse that she bought thru thirty-one. Was able to get the same design as a previous purchased and monogrammed purse. Has been super excited about the cost being the same as it would if the purchase of the purse through thirty-one. Great job.

I was in need of purchasing mugs as wedding favors from this company. I went online and it quoted me at an unbelievably low price. I called to order, very excited about my purchase and was told to wait until they called me back. A week went by and I called back with the same message to wait until they called me back. One of the workers told me they were looking for a product that fit my budget. It came to be 4 weeks before my wedding and I NEEDED them ordered so I went in person to the store. I was told that the online information was incorrect and I would be charged TRIPLE the original price I was quoted. This was not new information to the employee and had I just been told this on my first phone call, could have found an alternative wedding favor option. This was handled extremely unprofessionally and put me in a huge bind. The website pricing information is misleading and wildly incorrect. Regardless of the mess it put me in, the employee was not willing to help find other options. I will never be using this company again.
