We are so happy with our new Z345R Zero Turn Mower we got from Quality Implements. Our salesman, David Locker, went above and beyond to help us by bringing in a mower from one of their sister stores. The price was fair and we would encourage anyone to go see David and the team at Quality in Abilene.

They have a sign out front that if you didn’t want to go in the store, to call them and they would come out due to the COVID . I was the first person in the parking lot and No one came out to me, by this this time I waited 20 minutes and called 3 times And the parking lot was full . On the third call I walked inside the store to get my part . I asked them what’s the point of having a sign out front if no one comes out to help you . All I could get was ‘ I apologize “, I didn’t want to go in the store because my husband had a stroke and I really don’t need to bring Any virus to him.All their recordings talk about “Quality Service” well I have to disagree!

This Company isnt a bad company, but the parts department in Abilene is a joke. I have done a lot of business with them and they never know who I am, and every time I go in the store it is a struggle to get what you need in a timely manner from a knowledgeable parts person.I have better luck looking up the parts and telling them what I need than to ask them to find them for me. Every time I go in, they have to refind all of my information, just very low quality service.

I have been doing business with them for quite awhile now for my big farm equipment and have been more than pleased. My most recant purchase was a John Deere Gator and a new round baler. there staff was so helpful on getting me started. I have had several questions and every time i was able to speak with someone quickly and knowledgeable. Great experience all around highly recommend them.

I never thought I would buy a John Deer but after countless hours of research and looking at all different tractor we couldnt decide until the day I drove the 350 lawn tractor I knew at that moment thats the one we wanted. We also bought a 1025R. Thanks so much David Locker for all your help. We love them!!!

This review is for TODAY only. I called looking for a bar and chain for my Still saw (Since I live 20 miles from Abilene). Was quoted a price over the phone and headed to the dealer. When I got there, the price had increased by over $5. I asked why and was simply told I was quoted wrong. Any other time I would have walked out, but I needed the parts. What should have happened is o should have been given the quoted price. Im retired military and every penny counts. From now on Ill simply order these parts on line. Small mistakes like this is why lots of people shop online instead of locally

When I purchased my tractor it was a very unprofessional experience if I wouldn’t have called a couple times a week I don’t think I would have ever have got it. Now I wish I wouldn’t have ever bought from them. I now am a very disappointed owner of a 5045 John Deere tractor. The tractor has about 100 hours on it I would know the exact but the hour gage doesn’t work. To my knowledge from the salesman I bought it from it was under warranty. It has a ton of blow by so I made an appointment to bring it in. When I brought it in the lady in the service department didn’t have recorded of my appointment then about 5 minutes later the service manager finally piped in and remembered me calling. Two weeks later they finally look at my tractor and called to tell me I have no warranty something I would think a company would look up. I use my tractor lightly to move round bales and drag a arena and it has a blown head gasket. I Do not recommend quality improvement where there is no quality!

Eric from parts really helped us out on a sunday had an emergency since a truck broke down on the side of the highway and everyone was closed, we called eric in the after-hours numbers and without hesitation came to rescue. Not only did he do a tremendous service without any issues.

I purchased sub-compact 1025rfrom Quality Implement and have had them service unit. They did a great job and were reasonably priced. You cant beat John Deeres products. I bought the 1025r with box blade, belly 60 inch mower, 48 shredder, loader, backhoe. Do know how I managed my 5 archers without it. Out proberty looks 100 times better. Great price and great service. Amazing to see negative post form people that dont spend any money there. They should not be allowed to post, makes me wonder their motive. Good store and they are a family owned business. They have a whole line of stihl trimmers and chainsaw, had to get one of those too.
