Had a water wagon in for repairs. Things were not going perfectly so I contacted Shane first who then got the store manager Kelly involved. From that point on things went very fast and perfectly. If all always went perfectly it wouldnt mater who you buy from. Sometimes you get confirmation you picked the right people when things dont go perfectly. I would refer these folks without hesitation. I think this is a good company.

My husband is wanting to purchase a Tractor he has been researching online for over a week now. He called Wylie Implement today to speak with a salesman and get some pricing, they gave him the salesmans phone number to call... he did and the salesman told him he works when he wants and was not at work and could not provide him with any pricing? WTF I guess he has made enough sales this month and cant be bothered to sell another. We will be going to Smith and Son and purchasing there. They got us an out the door price right away and were eager to help us.

Took my tractor in for some hydraulic work on my bucket, $3,000 dollars later its worse than it was when I took it.
