I went shopping early, so store was not crowded. Purchased lots of fresh produce & fruits. Some organic items were really short dated, so had to really pick over to get the items I needed. Masked again, employees are masked again. Good sale items save me money & rewards program gave me free bananas!

Ngl, I only love this place because of how close it is to my house. But I still love it!! So Im not judging...

Always get great customer service with each department. Always stocked with what i need. Some items are a bit higher then Walmart and heb but i Dont mind because the store experience tops it.

My favorite grocery store in Abilene. Everyone is polite and helpfull. They take your cart to your car and load your groceries for you (no tips allowed), and the parking spaces are wide enough to open your SUV or pickup truck doors wiyhout having to worry about hitting your neighbor. Yes, the prices can be a little higher than HEB. But the expiriance is worth it.

Very good food we came home with more groceries than if we went to Heb.

Great customer service and always an employee willing to help a customer out. Rarely do you see an employee not happy or smiling. A real smile in fact and not a fake one. Excellent place to shop at and the loyalty rewards program they have has saved me on gas many times.

Went in to make them my new place to get my meds asked a few questions and gave them what all they needed and they where nice and very friendly with there customers and I walked out a happy customer

I love doing Street side pickup at this United location. They are so courteous and friendly. If they are out of something I order, they call and help me figure out an alternative, and I can even ask for an item I forgot. Cant beat their customer service!

It was fine. I can not believe in Abilene, people are hoarding toilet paper. It isnt like they dont make lots of it? What is the purpose of taking all you can? Do they feel more entitled than others? The store itself was great and the employees were keeping their heads up despite being so tired from working such crazy times due to customer overload.

Clean store with always fresh meats and produce. Friendly, helpful people. The checkers unload your cart as they ring up your groceries and then someone takes them to your car and loads them. Service that seems to have died everywhere else.

This one is a little smaller then Im used to, but the friendly staff makes up for it

Decent selection but most items are overpriced. I do most of my shopping at HEB. Only went to United because HEB closed early.

Its so nice to go to a grocery store and be treated with dignity. Not a bunch of scum crowded in there and screaming and hollering children, they actually remember my name and welcome me back and are so kind. Its worth the few coins more the shop here where youre treated well.

United is a good Supermarket but theyre a little high on their pricing

My family and I just moved to Abilene. I have a son with food allergies and sensory issues. There is only one kind of dairy free milk he will drink and I haven’t been able to find it anywhere. I told this to an employee who was helping me see if they had it. She wrote down my name and number. The next morning the store manager called me and said he would order it for me. He called a few days later to let me know it was in and that he would now order it regularly for me. This was amazing customer service and meant a lot. I really appreciate when people follow up and now I no longer have to stress about where I can find my son’s milk. All of the employees we’ve dealt with at this store have been really friendly.

Rough time of year for them maybe thats why they werent very friendly. Employees there to seemed unsure of what they were doing. The Supervisor didnt try to help Sabrina.

Good, clean store. Nice employees. Like the deli. It offers some good selection of hot and cold items. Has a good bakery with fantastic treats. Floral department. Sells beer and wines too. Personally I think their prices are a bit high yet that is the only thing I find wrong with the store.

Ive never been given a hard time about my service dog here. Thats 5 stars all day.

Love the customer service. But on the last two visits I was charged regular price instead of advertised or marked price. Most of their in-store markdowns arent reflected at the register. They take care if it but it has to brought to their attention. Who wants to go through the effort of looking at the receipt and then going to customer service. Should be taken care of before I get there.

Writing on cake didnt turn out well at all. Itll work for a 3 year olds birthday though... shouldve wrote on it myself.

Great customer service. I won $200 on a scratch off and went to 3 different 7-11s in Texas all of them said that they didnt have enough cash to pay me. I went here and they were glad to get me the money. The store was really clean, the prices were really good. And the staff were very friendly.

Gonna start going here instead of walmart not as crowded and has what I need not empty shelves

This review is for the food court. We eat here regularly. Very good grilled sandwiches. Fried chicken is excellent. Most other foods available are very good, especially when you consider the price. Also has a good salad bar. In addition, they have daily specials.

Customer service is superior only in one place in this store. I love shrimp and frog legs so I definitely go to the seafood department. The assistant seafood manager is exceptional. She always has a smile ready on her face. She is quick and precise. Thank you, Stacy.

Very happy with my visit here. I have been to many different supermarkets but this one knows about customer service. All the employees were proactive and ready to help. The store had everything I needed at a reasonable price. Plenty of cashiers working and everyone gets there groceries carried out to the car. This is my new store and I look forword to going again.

The morning people in the deli here have no idea what customers are. They look at you and carry on about whatever task they are doing, leaving customers standing at the register with no help. And most times, it is a group effort. How does this even happen? Ive literally complained about this on more than a few occasions and they still keep the same attitude.I used to work at this deli and Id never ignore customers!!! I literally quit because I worked along with lousy employees along with a lousy boss (not there anymore) a bunch of lazy people. There is NO TEAM EFFORT. I have work ethic and integrity that goes beyond their ability to enforce. Good luck with this cause here I am posting it online cause you havent done anything about it in the several times Ive complained. Its a joke.

This United is the perfect size. Also they have a great choice of products given the size of the store. The staff is also very helpful.

Superior customer service!!! The gentleman helped us sign up for the United rewards program. Thoroughly explained the coupons and promotions that will be emailed to us. Even loaded up the truck for us. Location was clean and quiet. I love coming here. The deli food is also great!! Try it you will be pleased!! As always thank you!!

United supermarkets do have the best quality fresh produce, and meats. They are just more on the pricey side. However, they run great sales ads. Especially for their members. They do have the best membership benefits in comparison to their competition. The only reason Im not giving a 5 star review is because of general pricing.
