Car craft did a great job on fixing my 2019 Honda crv ..front end had a decent amount of damage.and i was nervous to think if the car would look like new again. This car only had 2000 miles on it..anyways tommy the manager was great to work with and he said it would look perfect. And it did thumbs up to tommy and his crew..

I took my car to Car Craft after a car accident. I was working with the other drivers insurer as he was at fault for the accident. There were many issues working with his insurer and I ended up going back to my own. However, throughout this whole process Car Craft was incredibly patient and professional with me as I worked everything out with the payment. I picked my car up today and was pleasantly surprised that the whole inside was cleaned and detailed and the whole outside was washed and waxed, including the tires and rims. Of course, the damage was repaired as well and it looks brand new. Working with Car Craft was the only non-stressful part of this whole incident and I highly recommend their service.

HORRIBLE!!!!DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS!!I was involved in an accident where someone merged into my back drivers side door, and I went to them Three weeks ago to get a quote, its probably more about 4 weeks at this point. A guy came out and looked at my car then we went back into the office. I gave him all of my information, including email, phone number, registration ect...then he said he would email me with a quote..which was odd, because anytime Ive ever gotten a quote for anywhere else,its been right away. I waited a week..NOTHING. I called and asked if they would be sending a quote, the lady on the phone said the guy who looked at my car was on a break and would send it when he got back...nothing that day, called the next day, same story...called the day after that...same story....called the day after that...well definitely send you a quote by tomorrow ....that was a week and half ago...If thats how long it takes to get a quote, I wonder how long it will take to actually fix my car. Save yourself the aggravation, dont go here. Go to somewhere honest and reliable
