Last week, I had a few lights turn on on my dashboard including the check engine light. I contacted Jay, I was in the shop immediately. Jay sat down with me and explained what was wrong, how he was going to fix it and the cost of everything. My car was done in a few hours and drives better than before. I went to Collision Craftsmen for a dent someone put in my car on Monday and they took me in right in. The service was excellent! They had my car done in only a few days. Jays team is professional and they go above and beyond. I picked my car up in better condition then when i first bought it. I highly recommend Collision Craftsmen and will be back for sure :)

When my car recently sustained some roof damage, I reached out to Jay at Collision Craftsmen in Abington, MA. My antenna was ripped out of my roof and there were some deep scratches and dents that needed to be repaired. My back window and brake light on the upper fin also were damaged and needed repair. Jay took great care of me and made sure that my brand new car was back to brand new condition. Matt and Joe worked on my car as well and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.The repair job wasn’t an easy fix as they had to take out the headliner/inside roof to be able to fix the damage. It was a big job and was a lot of work. Once the roof damage was fixed, they also repaired the back window and the brake light and needed to paint everything.Being without a car is certainly an inconvenience. Jay offered to set me up with a rental car. He has gone above and beyond to work with my insurance company to make sure everything was submitted correctly and paid for. I paid my insurance deductible and he took care of everything else.If you are looking for a collision center to work on your car, I highly recommend reaching out to Jay at Collision Craftsmen. You will be treated with respect and you will be happy with their work. I was kept in the loop during the entire process and I am happily back in my car again. Got my car back yesterday, and VERY happy to have it back, and I have to say I’m very happy with the job that Jay Pyrcz and his team at Collision Craftsmen did at bringing my car back to life! I Have brought my Truck and street bike to Jay and the guys at Collision Craftsmen and my mother has brought her car there. Each and every time, the vehicle being worked on was returned in better shape than before the accident or damage occurred. Jay is extremely professional and took care of everything from the work being done to dealing with the insurance company and appraisers. Every time I’ve brought vehicles there he has gone above and beyond my expectations. I know where I’ll be going should I ever need any mechanical, autobody, car stereo, etc work in the future. I have been going to these guys for a couple years now and Bob is nothing but a real professional Craftsman. His right hand man, Matt is absolutely amazing with how detailed oriented his is with every project they take on whether it is a very big job to painting someones front grill on there truck because they need to be different!
