Best experience I’ve had at a dealership. They’re extremely nice and they’re very open and honest. They have an amazing selection, best I’ve seen around Mass with fair prices. If anyone asked for a recommendation i would hands down say L A Used Cars!!

It is already my second purchase made at La used, I only buy my cars there, in addition to very good service.They have the car according to our taste and at an affordable price.They helped me with everything, I didnt have to worry about anything at all. Horrible! Bought a mercury sable here for around $4000, and allegedly only 50,000 miles. Failed inspection one month after purchasing! The dealer failed to tell me the transmission was rebuilt. All mechanics said that buying a new transmission would be more than what the actual car was worth. Transmission blew out only after 8 wks of use, rendering it junk! Partially my fault, I sensed something untrustworthy about the owner throughout the process.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with this place. I bought a used car with a warranty for $9,000 cash and the car had problems that were not disclosed during the sale of the car. I was told the warranty would cover the problems I was having but they never fixed the issues. I brought the car there and dropped it off to be fixed 4 different times within 3 weeks for the same problem and it still hasn’t been fixed. They lied to me multiple times saying it was fixed then 2 days later the check engine light would reappear. So basically they just cleared the code and gave the car back without fixing the problem. When I called and complained even Though I have a warranty they now want to charge me $$$ to fix the problem. I brought the car there 4 times to be fixed already. So what did they fix the last 4 times??? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! At this point I will not bring my car there to be fixed even if it was free. Can’t trust this place DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THERE OR GET YOUR CAR FIXED THERE...I’m now bringing my car to another mechanic to get it fixed right way.

These cars are a scam!!My husband and I have been shopping for not 1 but 2 used cars recently and visited almost every local dealer. I was very interested in a couple SUVs here due to the very low miles and fair price. While overlooking the cars I noticed fairly heavily rusted undercarriage that ad been sprayed over to hide the rust, not to protect it. The first one I noticed there was front end damage that was repaired and repainted. None of this would be noticeable to the average buyer but I have learned why to look for from a few bad purchases. I decided not to even bother with the one with front end but was very interested in the other and was going to buy outright. While waiting for a salesman so I could drive it my husband squeezed far under the car to inspect the level of rust we both noticed a Large patch in the frame that had been welded and was rotting out. This is extremely unsafe And I don’t believe would pass Massachusetts state inspection. When the salesman arrived I asked about the spot on the frame and he proceeded to argue with me. Leaned over and said the car is fine. I wasn’t even accusing them of being aware of the issue since most cars are from auctions but rather than even acknowledge it or offer to have it fixed the man was very defensive and nasty telling me the car is fine. Repeatedly. I just was shocked and walked away, but want to write this review for anyone else who may be drawn in by the low mileage cars they have there. Specifically a Chevy Equinox and an GMC envoy currently . These cars are NOT safe and these people do not give a damn.

Wonderful experience buying a used car from LA Used Cars! The salesman I worked with was very reasonable and flexible. They were considerate of my time and money. I even had some issues with the transmission about 3 weeks after buying the car and they took me in right away to fix the issues I was having. I love my new to me car and would recommend them to friends!

Sooooo good best in the world

We went to go to LA used cars and they were very nice. We took an F-150 to get checked out at our mechanic and they found that LA sprays the frame of the bed with black spray paint to cover up the rust on the bed. They WHOLE underneath was spray painted. It was completely rusted throughout. We told them and of course they said they didn’t know.... don’t go there!

I would give them minus 1000 stars if I could!! I bought a car from them 5 months ago and from the day I got it it has been a horror show!!! They told me they did brakes and tires and they never touched it!! The tires had belt showing on the inside, it needed an oil change, it is at a mechanic right now getting more work done. I went to get a sticker on the car and it failed!! On top of what I paid for it it has already cost me another $2000 and I am still waiting to hear about the electrical problem. DO NOT buy a car from them!!! By the time all is done I could have bought a brand new car!!!!! I talked to the owner of L.A. Auto and he told me too bad, he was doing nothing for me and hung up on me.Update: Car needs rotors, shocks, upper control arm, wheel bearings, swaybar links, brakes, and the battery has no tie down so it is just sitting on the engine and since they have the wrong battery in it Honda doesnt have a tie down that fits the car. On top of the $2000 I have already spent fixing the car it will cost me at least another $1000.Update: The car also was low on all fluids and the emergency brake doesnt work and it needs calipers and front axels!!!!!Update: I was told by LA Auto that the car had a turbo in it. The turbo plaque on the back is fake. There is no turbo. I found another plaque in the owners manual. They were bought on Amazon amd are for a Ford truck!!!!!

Bought a Toyota. 1 month later the harmonic balancer cracked .Was driving when it happened.Took to my mechanic and he showed me that someone else had worked on it before. They forced the part in. Thats why it cracked .needed to replace serpentine belt also, since it got soaked with engine oil. .1 month was enough for the warranty not to be valid anymore. . .Other than that . The car is solid. ......thus did cost me an extra $300ish, on top of the price I paid in full for the car. Sucks, because I know this shop was the one who messed up putting that part.
