Amazing customer service. My husband and I had been looking for a Toyota Tacoma with low miles for over a year. We found it here at Midway & called right away. They worked with us & even waited on a Saturday for us to arrive from Maine to test drive it. We asked for a new tail light but it hadn’t arrived before we picked up our truck so they mailed it to us along with a spare key. We had a great great truck buying experience at Midway & we HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you Midway. We love our Tacoma!

Love this dealership, very good service and real people. They are very nice. I bought a car two years ago with them. Recently, I contacted the sales person, Bill Kougias to ask for documents. Given the fact that it was two years ago, they still helped me to find out the documents and send them to me. Excellent after sales service and super nice people here. Highly recommended !!!!

This was by far the best car buying experience I have had and its all because of Francisco! He was friendly, accommodating and easy to talk to. He wasnt pushy or dismissive which can be the case when a woman goes to buy a car. Francisco actually arranged to have my plates done on a Saturday since our schedules didnt match up. I went to Midway in May 2021 to look at and test drive a vehicle I saw online. Before I made it to the dealership I received multiple emails asking if I had any questions or concerns about my upcoming visit. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Frank Santino who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Frank was professional and pleasant and did not pressure me about anything. He answered the questions I had, showed me the breakdown of my trade in, my purchase, etc. No games and no guessing. Everything was done very quickly. I did have to bring my car for some minor maintenance and I had the pleasure of working with Charles and Gary, both were very helpful and easy to work with.. Midway sales staff are professional, courteous and very pleasant to work with. I recommend Midway if you are thinking about purchasing a car.

UPDATE!!!! ive had a demand letter and so far they have ignored it. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Bought a car from here for $10,000 within the first week i had numerous issues that i have to fight them to take care of. There was a nic in the windshirld they said they were going to take care of. The wiper blades they sold it with scratched my windshield severly theres arching scratches remaining after they say they fixed it. They said they would reimburse me for wiper blades, they did not. Upon purchase my key didnt fit in the door at all. After they fixed it my car key hardly fits in the door but eill be accepted if i wobble it right. There is also transmission issues that they are not going to take care of. They are ignoring the 30 day warrenty for problems and telling me any work done will be paid for out of my own pocket.

Probably the best experience Ive ever had with this type of place. Everyone is pleasant, friendly, and professional. They take the time to explain things without making you feel as though you dont understand what theyre talking about (even if you don;t).The waiting area is comfortable and clean with convenient rest rooms and vending machines for a snack or drink. They definitely are considerate of their customers comfort.

Kevin made it very easy for us to pick out what we wanted. Answered every question honestly and promptly. No sales tactics or pressure, he allowed us to take out time and gave us space to talk about each car we were interested in as well as letting us drive each car we had interest in. My ladys credit is rebuilding and once we found our car, he got us approved, transferred everything over and read for pick up the next day....I have absolutely nothing to complain about and Im usually a 1 and done with dealerships, I would come back here for another.

Ive been meaning to write this review for several months, but my schedule has been filled with autobody visits, AAA calls and warranty follow ups since purchasing my car at Abington Midway last fall.I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee with a little under 80,000 miles on it. I had an overall positive experience with Charles the sales rep. He let me know that they would check the brakes and battery before finalizing the purchase. After months of vetting dealerships and cars, I felt assured I made a good purchase.Within the first 30 days, I had to return to the car to Abington Midways autobody twice. The first time the windshield wipers and breaks needed to be replaced. My car was squeaking and making awful noises. They could hardly remove the back breaks. I scheduled another appointment because my car kept dying (several times in one day) and AAA had to replace my battery. I brought it into Abington Midway and after a quick look, they said it was fine. At this point, I felt confident that anything Charles said they took a look at before finalizing the purchase was a lie. With the lemon law period coming to an end, I knew I was at a financial risk.A few months later, my car begins stalling out while driving. I gave Abington Midway a call and scheduled another appointment with the mechanic. I dropped it off that day. After several hours of not hearing from them, I gave the mechanic a call to check on the status of my vehicle. He let me know that there has been a recall on the vehicle and that somebody from the shop dropped it off at Jeep in Brockton (without telling me). I frantically called Jeep in Brockton to make sure my car was there. They had no idea the Jeep was my car or where it came from, because apparently whoever dropped it off there did not speak to anyone and just left. Moments later I get a call from Abington Midway charging me for an oil change... I was in shock.I did not return to Abington Midways autobody shop, however, that doesnt mean my car problems stopped there. I decided to stick with Jeep in Brockton moving forward (great guys!). I just wanted the car to be fixed and at this point, I didnt care how much it cost.The car completely died in July. The car had to be towed. After $3,000 worth of damages repaired, the cars check engine light is back on again! Dont get me started on the warranty.. please save your money. The warranty cut me a check for around $600 and barely covers average mechanic hourly rates.After almost a year of ownership, I am going to trade my car in (now 87,000 miles) and hope it is still worth something. This isnt just my experience.. after connecting with a few friends who purchased cars from Abington Midway, this type of service seems to be a recurring theme. Im glad other people have had positive experiences and Im willing to accept that the year, make and model of my vehicle likely played a small role- however, I DO NOT recommend Abington Midway to anyone looking to buy a reliable car and believe most of these positive reviews to be fabricated.

DO NOT buy a car from Midway. These guys are unprofessional and disreputable people. I brought my car in for service, they kept it for a day and didnt touch it. When I called they said they were busy, couldnt get to it and dont know when they would. you can come get or wait. When I took it somewhere else, the WARRANTY they sold me didnt cover half of the cost.

Ask for Tom, hes the man! Overall Midway delivered an A+ experience, but Tom took it to another level. We bought our car sight unseen from 1500 miles away, which can be nerve racking. Tom went above and beyond, doing a video call walk through, taking it to a dealer for an inspection and having it detailed before our arrival. We couldnt be happier with the entire process! I will not be returning to midway for another vehicle ever again. They lied to me, brought my car back to them numerous times for the same problem, the only part that was ‘sort of the easiest part’ was to finance the car but that was it. They’d keep my car a week every time it went there. My experience with them was just terrible and I was not what so ever happy with them. Good luck to them.

I really appreciate the work that you did to my vehicle, even though after paying for the work, I had to bring it back shortly after driving it when heading back home, I had to bring it back because of a lot of noises, but they did fix the problem, with very limited noises. Unfortunately, when I was not able to remember the name of the insurance company, when I was filling out the form for the loaner from Midway, while my vehicle was going to be worked on, Jimbo was basically telling at least 3 times to put down liberty mutual as the insurance, that it doesnt matter what insurance to put down, so I sort of felt like I was being put on the spot and couldnt think clearly and I really felt uncomfortable! Ive had some really good experiences at Midway, especially with the last few years, I cant remember the guys name, but I really loved the respect I received from the guy and the other employees! I will continue to bring my vehicle for whatever needs work on, because I trust them as they have been taking good care of my vehicle and continue to look at a good customer relationship with Midway service. This dealer is very unprofessional. They don’t return calls even when you’re attempting to purchase a vehicle. There’s no updates with anything . Five days after deposit put down. I was impressed with the no haggling on the price. The salesperson Tom Morales told me they couldnt lower the price for even $1 and yes they sticked to it. This took the pressure and uncertainty out of the car buying process which I came to appreciate. What prompted me to give this a 5-star review came from the fact that Jimbo Griffin, the service manager, agreed to install 4 brand new tires because I wasnt happy with the ones that came with the car. The price of these tires cost them at least $700. Quite a nice surprise. Service was decent and friendly and I bought my 2013 Acura RDX within 1 hour after arriving at the dealership. Highly recommended!

I would give this place one star if it wasnt for a decent experience with Sales. Charles was great to work with in Sales but dealing with Service has been awful. They have no concept of managing expectations whatsoever. It has been constant back and forth trying to get the car we bought fixed and inspected successfully. We had to go back three times only for them to let us know that the part they ordered wasnt delivered. Why couldnt they call us to let us know? We called to ensure all would be settled and theyd have a car for us to drive while they complete all the checks, only to arrive and find out they dont have a car for us to use in the meantime. All of this would be fine if they communicated with us properly. Although Charles is a stand up guy, I cant say much for their Service department.

I deleted my last comment by accident but either way..... I came here just to take a peek and found a car I liked. I went in and spoke with Kevin to get more info on the car and got exactly what I wanted with zero hassle or pressure to buy anything. Went back a week later 10 min before closing (cause i was in the area) and instead of blowing me off till the next day, Kevin let me take the car for a drive. It meant a lot seeing as i have a 7,6 and 18 month kids and free/spare time isnt something I have a lot of. I signed that night!! The car is great but it was cause of my experience with them to that point that made me sign.He was able to find me a great rate(far better than when I talked to banks myself) and Im extremely happy with every second of my interactions with them! The cars they have are in great shape and staff was always friendly. Best car buying experience to date and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you at least give them a shot if your in the market for a car. Used dealer that will try to sell you fake warranty for your used vehicle that they sold you. When you try to use that they tell you its not covered. They cant provide a list of what is not covered because that list is very very very long. They will give you a list of 3-5 things that they will cover for your small payment of $4000. It was a pleasure doing business with Frank. We found a vehicle that we liked and they let me take it back to my auto body shop, I own Precision Collision Inc in Bridgewater, to check it out. Vehicle was exactly as advertised. Sale price was right on the money. I appraise cars for a living and they definitely gave me a good deal. Finance manager got me a good interest rate too. I would definitely go back there to buy another vehicle and I would feel totally comfortable sending any of my customers over there to buy a car.

Midway Auto hit so many things on my wish list: great deal, thoroughly professional salesperson (ask for Tom Morales), low mileage, no hidden fees. Im so happy with my Subaru Legacy. I had shopped until I dropped, and Midway had the best deal out there. Tom really went the extra mile, ordering a bit of touch up paint so that I can cover a couple of scratches on my 2017 Legacy. The white Interior of my car is immaculate--hard to believe it is a used vehicle. I am very happy and I highly recommend Tom, and Midway Auto.

My young hard-working daughter was ready to purchase and they wouldnt come down even $1 off the highest fair price, $550 off the expected price. $5791? Drove 4hrs down from VT after being approved for financing and putting a reserve deposit on a vehicle, get there and am told it hasn’t been safety checked, check engine light is on, brakes awful, light bulbs out, send me on a test drive anyways. I get back and I’m told they can’t sell it to me how it sits. No apologies. Nothing. I’m still fighting with them to get that $500 deposit back. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY ON MIDWAY AUTOMOTIVE!!!

Everything from start to finish was excellent. Very laid back and low pressure, Kip was very pleasant to deal with on the phone. He was able to send me info on a few vehicles I was interested in and set up an appointment for me to check out the vehicle I chose. he told me I would be dealing with a gentleman named Frank when I arrived and to my surprise, I was. Ive been to many dealerships where you get handed off to who is available at that moment regardless of what you were told. Frank had the car ready for my wife and I to check out when we pulled up, put a plate on it and let us test drive it. When we got back we discussed my trade and what I was looking for and we were able to come to a fair deal very quickly. There was no pressure from anyone on the team. No pressure to buy, No pressure to sign, and No pressure to accept their terms. I honestly cant stand car shopping and I do it more than I care to admit but working with Frank, Kip, and their team helped alleviate the frustration I feel of the whole experience. I went into the car dealership just thinking I would test drive a few cars and then head home. I not only left with a great car but I left with making a new friend. Joe is not just an ordinary man. He is a great man, his professionalism, guidance and authenticity is what made him stand out to me. He gave his honest opinions and sometimes you dont find that when trying to buy a car. I returned a few days later to finish paperwork and pick up the car. I was feeling down because my husband was hospitalized and shared this with Joe. Happy with my service I received while looking for a new car. Bob Hurley was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Ill be honest the others there gave me the topical dealer vibe, like you couldnt trust them, and they were just trying to make a sale. BUT Bob on the other hand was very helpful and down to earth guy. There prices were very reasonable too and he worked with me on getting me into a new car for the budget I had. He even stayed late on the night before a blizzard to help me get settled into the new car. Definitely recommend checking them out. Prices are good and ask for Bob. He will do you right. The only reason it gets a 4 star and not 5 is because the service department needs to work on their customer service. I know the service department is very busy but not very customer friendly and a pain to work with.

I first spoke with Kip Bowers in response to an ad for Midway Auto. Kip was very respectful over the phone and had set up an appointment to meet Charles Wilburn to look for a vehicle. What impressed me most was that Charles was very pleasant to deal with and I felt absolutely no pressure at all to buy today nor was I steered towards purchasing a particular vehicle. Charles was very helpful and patient in finding the right vehicle to suit my needs. I ended up purchasing a 2010 Dodge Avenger. The vehicle was in immaculate condition. Charles provided me with a complete history on the Avenger and walked me through the financing details. At more than a month later I am very pleased with the car. After I shopped around for awhile at other dealers, I was finally pleased not having to deal with high pressure sales tactics. I have already recommended Midway Auto to some of my friends and plan on replacing my wifes vehicle sometime later this year. I look forward to working with Charles again and I highly recommend Midway Auto for a great car buying experience. I appreciate the respect I and my family received.

Midway is not a pretty dealership, but there great to work with and have good deals.I purchases a 2013 civic from them with no hidden fees or surprises.The one Hiccup I has was that the car battery died shortly after buying the car (which usually happens around the age and mileage that the car was at), and Midway replaced the battery at no charge with no haste at all!!!I definitely recommend this place, Frank and Kevin were great to work with.

It was a pleasure shopping at Midway Our salesman Bob Hurley, was informative, friendly and not aggressive. The cars are immaculate, all are open so you dont have to wait for a salesman, and had the prices on them It was actually a fun experience. We were treated so well I didnt want to leave.

I was really impressed by the customer service of the sales team. Most dealerships can be intimidating with pushy sales personnel and tactics that may confuse and overwhelm the whole buying experience. I did not feel this way at all throughout my buying experience at Midway Auto. The sales team were professional, informative, and accommodating to my needs. Im very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a relatively painless and high quality car buying experience.

I drive by this dealership and its always so busy so I decided to stop in because I wasnt pleased with my car I currently had. Immediately I was greeted by a gentleman named Thomas Morales. He was very welcoming and I explained my wants and needs in a vehicle because I am very particular. He found me the perfect car, under blue book value, interior and exterior was mint condition and exactly how I described I had liked AND it had low mileage. I WAS SOLD! I have been through my fair share of dealerships I was not pleased with their customer service skills and immediately exited. Thomas had made me feel valued, I put my trust in him and was not let down. This is how salesmen are suppose to make you feel! I will definetly return because of his service alone. Thanks Thomas!

Well to start out I was approved for loan from Capitol One. The mileage radius was 25 miles. Not much of a selection locally so I selected a 50 mile radius and Midway Auto Sales was on the website. I was looking for a Ford F150. Looking through their inventory I found a 2013 F150 4wd 4 door. I then called and Big Joe answered the phone. He confirmed that the vehicle was still there and I gave him a deposit to hold. My wife and I drove there the next day. I asked for Big Joe and when we met he asked if I was the one that called about the F150 i said yes and he also said that he put the vehicle inside overnight. We took it for a test drive and noticed something was not right. Came back sooner than expected and Joe asked what was wrong. We then pointed out the issue and immediately told us no problem it will be take care of. We sat with him talking about everything which made us feel very comfortable. He was not pushy like some salesman con be. He was a down to earth guy who listened to our expectations. We finalized the deal and I told him I would pick up on Wednesday . We shook hands and parted. He was a man of his word and I would highly recommend this dealership and salesperson. It was a pleasure doing business with BIG JOE.

I had a great experience with Midway Automotive. Kevin and Frank were awesome. They listen to what i was looking for and gave me the best rate. I was referred by a friend who have been a long time customer with Frank. They are not pushy, they dont have the sales pitch talk. I was so comfortable looking for a vehicle, I left with something I would never thought I would look at. But I had so many option. Go see Frank or Kevin, they are the best!!!!! Great communication skills!
